Why American military does not disclose the real Casualties and expenditures of War to the American people?

Few days back American congress issued an statement in regards to a report by Bush, in which he claimed that only 804 billion dollars so far have been spent in Afghanistan and Iraq wars, but soon after his report the congress said his report was a lie, the real cost of war is close to 1600 billion dollars which have been spent in these two wars.
Some media sources have doubts about Bush’s war expenditures and him trying to deceive American public with it, by showing Americans that his administration is making progress in these two wars with such a small amount of money.
According to some sources congress has been urging Bush administration since last year to reveal the real numbers of killed American servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan. It has asks Bush and Pentagon to reveal how many soldiers have been killed and how many dead bodies have been handed over to their families, including missing soldiers.
But the Bush administration has not been able to give the correct numbers of the killed soldiers. The administration fears, if it was to give the correct numbers of causalities there would be a be huge contradiction between Pentagon released reports and the correct reports.
American military admits that only 400 of his soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan since its invasion back in 2001. Some US commanders have confirmed Mujahideen attacks against them on a daily basics.
The commanders following the guideline giving to them by their military in which they have to under report their causalities to the world. They admit Mujahideen attacks sometimes destroys two or three of their tanks, but here they under report the causalities, claiming that only one soldiers was killed and 4 were wounded in these type of Mujahideen attacks.
However the real causalities in these types of Mujahideen operations at time could be 6, 8 or 10 American soldiers killed. For instance if the landmines destroys two or three tanks, tossing the bodies of the soldiers who are in these tanks sometimes up to hundred meters in the air up, a wise man can not be fooled by being told that only one soldier would be killed in such attacks.
If we were to count the American causalities one soldier per day killed in Afghanistan and were to multiply this with the days since US invasion back in 2001, we will come up with (2190) causalities, but American military claims that only 400 of its soldiers have been killed.
The congress should disclose the real expenditures, causalities and bring Bush to justice to show the entire world that their war on terrorism is illegal, harmful and useless in Iraq, Afghanistan and around the world. They should acknowledge that these wars have created differences in Europe and America weakening their relationship. Now every free nation wants to protect its own rights with out American incursion in its society.
