Regarding Obama's so called Speech Addressing Islamic Nations

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ اللَّهَ عَلَى مَا فِي قَلْبِهِ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ الْخِصَامِ (البقرة (204)

The American president Obama since his election campaigns and after being elected attempting to restore the image of Americans, as the Americans has lost their credibility. That is why now Obama turns to the Islamic world to visit and convince them. Western media for the last so many weeks portraying Obama’s address as way to win the hearts and minds of the Muslims.

On Thursday afternoon from Cairo in his own words he quoted his speech as (Address to the Muslim Nations) and when he began his speech there was nothing as such which could reduce and eliminate this extreme hatred and lessen the gaps between the Muslims and US. Although he spoke for 48 minuets but was unable to convey a true positive message to the Islamic Nations. He spoke most of the time on politics, wrapped in Clichés and if we look objectively or in totality the whole speech was unexpected and was against the whims and desires of Muslims he did not spoke about the oppressing policies, the practical and real change, any such thing that could be labeled as real positive change for the Muslim world.

The Leading Council of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, considers Barak Obama address to the Muslim Nations as sequence and continuation of their previous policies and declares the following points accordingly:

1- The US president's claims he has good intentions and have tolerance for the Muslims in general. While his troops in occupied Afghanistan and Iraq are busy with brutal killings, torturing, arresting and filling the prisons. Their rights being ignored and they don’t have the luxury to defend themselves. So get martyred in a monstrous and humiliated way, put to the most hateful detentions. When you look at the Americans in this barbaric and humiliated perspective the Obama's speech is nothing more than playing with the words nothing more than that.

2- Barak Obama in his meaningless speech without any real proof justified occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq as a legal action taken by the US. He calls the ongoing efforts of their crusaders troops against nations of these two Muslim countries as a legal way of protection of the US national interests, where as per accepted national and international norms they never accepted that. Violating the freedom of people, mass murdering and atrocities acts of invading countries cannot be labeled as legal and acceptable at all.

3- Barak Obama by his cunningness and his political abilities to instigate malice and jealousy among the Muslims and among the Muslim Nations cultivate the culture of disagreements and conflicts among them. Mujahidin the main securing part of Muslim nations who with their own consent, with their support are grown among and within the Muslim nation. He tried to create dissension among the ranks of the Muslims so they can fight each other and he can misuse that in line with his own interests, but the Muslims are bonded together in Religious and belief system and these bonds are not that loose that with few words of Obama can shatter them. Today all the waked Muslims are participating in different ways of Jihad (fighting in the way of Allaah). The US “war against the Mujahideen” is the war against Islam and entire Muslim Nation.

4- He claimed that the Americans have no interests for long term staying in the Afghanistan and Iraq and is not in favor of having permanent army basis. Adding that they have no intention to impose their rules on others what they claim. Americans completely and sternly disown all the realities and incidents that are going on in these areas. Americans in Afghanistan constructing a huge air and ground military bases, till now they have establishment 12 new military air bases which can capacitate more than double of their current needs of landing huge aircrafts. On going construction of such a huge number of basis and airfields plus having so many different administrative buildings are being constructed in such a manner that it fulfils the need of current forces and new comers. These facts indicates that the Americans are dreaming for long term stay and occupation in Afghanistan and for the same purpose deploying more troops to which the world in general and the regional countries in particular must act to avoid and defuse their evil aims and be aware and conscious of what they are doing on ground.

5- Obama said, that continuation of Afghan war is a challenging and politically a difficult task, that is why if a trusting peaceful atmosphere could be created in the territory, the American troops will leave Afghanistan happily. This is so funny that he relates their invasion to peace in the region, whereas the main cause of trouble and current violence in the region is their own presence. As long as the US troops are present in the Afghanistan, the resistance will continue. If Obama really wants peace and security is the region and the Afghanistan, he must end his illegal military invasion and presence in order to pave way for peace and security. We trust that if the foreign troops leave Afghanistan the Afghans have no intention to harm any country in the world nor we will allow our soil to be used against any country.

6- The issues of Middle East, in particular discussion over Palestine’s issue was another part of Obama's speech, in his address to the Muslim world, he tried to paint the Muslims psychology towards Israel that they are the most innocent, oppressed and they have a right to be a nation and intended that the Muslims in general and Palestinians in particular, should accept and recognize their existence, rights, interest and role.

He recollected the factious stories of Holocaust and genocide of 6 million Jews and talked about it, but ran over the 70 years long history of Palestinians fate that pass each second of their life under the regular genocide. He also recommended to the Arab leaders to build good relations with Israel. But he didn’t speak about the poor Ghaza people how to provide medical aid and food to them; he didn’t speak about the blocked. This shows that he has not come with a peace offer of building bridges but wanted to convey his arrogant thoughts and advised the Muslims how and what to do, in order to protect and safeguard the US-Israel joint interests.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believes that until the main reasons of above mentioned issues are not rooted out by considering a workable true solution with honestly reviewing the policies, the graph of hate against US will be raising tremendously within the common Muslims.

Under realistic circumstances Obama's speech to the Muslim world is indeed another unworkable attempt of misleading Muslims. We the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan call on all the world's weak and oppressed Muslims to stand for their lands, for their holy places, to defend them and fight this American occupation and invasion through Jihad and be steadfast. And continue fighting these unbelievers until our true freedom, rights of independence and self-governance is secured and achieved.
