The Islamic State of Iraq/Statement on Assassination of 'Farouk al-Ubaidi'
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah. And may the peace and blessings of
Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions in entirety.
As for what follows:
Allah enabled your brothers in the martyrs battalion, to assassinate a leader
from the leaders of the apostasy and infidelity,
so-named (Farouk al-Abeedy) the leader of al-Azamiya awakening council, he is
one of the members of (Hasan Kafir) family. We wish
to narrate some of the details of this blessed operation.
The media reported that the executer was a young misguided guy, some said that
she was a woman, but we have the truth (praise be to
Allah) the executer was one of the heroes of Islam,
a young man and a student in a college, Allah guided him to pledge alliance to
the Islamic State not long time ago. After good
exploration and follow up from the brother since the past Thursday, he could
attack this apostate and kill him with big group of his companions and
bodyguards. By Allah we feared Allah and limited the
amount of the explosives to avoid (as much as
possible) the harm among civilians, submitting to
Allah's revelation, for Allah Almighty says:
{O ye who believe! if ye fear Allah, He will grant
you a Criterion (to judge between right and wrong), remove from you (all) evil
deeds you, and forgive you: for Allah is the Lord of Grace unbounded.}

At last we say to the apostates in al-Adhamiya
and everywhere, your time will come to follow, one after the other, as we
–Allah willing- will not keep quite or stop fighting, till you stop violating
our honors and transgressing our sanctities. We will
go on determining to render this religion victorious or to die for the sake of
this aim.
This operation is a part of al-Karama (The Dignity) Plan, which was declared
by Ameer Al-Mu’meneen Sheikh Abu Omar al-Baghdadi (may Allah protect him),
leader of the Islamic State of Iraq.

Ambush for Elements of Kurdish Security “al-Asayesh”

On 19/08/2008, Allah enabled the State soldiers – may Allah honor it – to set
up a perfect ambush for the elements of the Kurdish Security (al-Asayesh) ,
where they detonated a booby-trapped car at two of their cars on the road of (Takleef)
in Naynawa province. The operation resulted in the
destruction of a car, damage of the other and the death and injury of all
their passengers. One of the injured was the leader responsible for expelling
Arabs from “Takleef” region. We ask Allah to kill him.
This operation is a part of al-Birr (piety) incursion declared by the Minister
of War Sheikh Abu Hamza al-Mouhajer (may Allah grant him victory), included in
al-Karama (The Dignity) Plan, which was declared by Ameer Al-Mu’meneen Sheikh
Abu Omar al-Baghdadi (may Allah protect him), leader of the Islamic State of
Iraq.

operations against the enemies of Islam
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and may the peace and blessings of
Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions in entirety.
This is the news report and the sum of military operations carried out by the
Mujahideen of the Islamic State of Iraq (may Allah honor it) in some regions
of Dyala province, during 08/04/2008 to 05/05/2008. All praise is due to
Allah.
Khaled Bin_ Al-Waleed Sector:
1- On 13/04/2008 : Detonating an IED at a National Guard’s Cougar vehicle ,
resulted in the death of three apostates in “Wadi Al-Maleh” region.
2- On 15/04/2008 : Destroying a US Hummer vehicle after detonating an IED at
it in “Wadi Al-Maleh” region . Losses were unknown.
3- On 19/04/2008 : Detonating an IED at a National Guard’s ( BOX ) vehicle ,
resulted in the death of all its passengers in “An-Nada” region.
4- On 20/04/2008 : Destroying a US Hummer vehicle after detonating an IED at
it on the road of “Wadi Al-Maleh”.
5- On 21/04/2008 : Killing six American soldiers after clashing with them in
“An-Nada” region . One of the brothers as well as a child got martyred, and a
civilian was injured and his house was destroyed.
6- On 21/04/2008 : Destroying a US tank to kill all its passengers after
detonating an IED at it on “al-Khazraj” bridge.
7- On 22/04/2008 : Destroying a US Hummer vehicle after detonating an IED at
it on the road of “Wadi Al-Maleh”.
8- On 24/04/2008 : Destroying a US armored vehicle after detonating an IED at
it on the road of “Wadi Al-Maleh”.
9- On 26/04/2008 : Shelling with 82mm mortars the Awakening Councils of Talab
village in “An-Nada” region, resulted in the death of an apostate and the
destruction of his house and a vehicle.
10- On 26/04/2008 : Carrying out a martyrdom operation with an explosive belt
at the governor of “as-Sadiyya” region to leave him and four of his bodyguards
injured and two policemen killed.
11- On 27/04/2008 : Assassinating the leader of
(Revolution Supreme Council) and two of his bodyguards after detonating an IED
at them in “Khanqeen” region.
12- On 29/04/2008 : Destroying a National Guard’s ( ORAL ) vehicle and the
death of its eight apostates passengers after detonating an IED at it on
“Al-Qala’ah” crossroads nearby “Mandaly” bridge.
13- On 01/05/2008 : Breaking into houses for Shiites and the apostate elements
of the alleged (Awakening Councils), resulted in the death of five elements of
the (Awakening Councils) and a policeman. Two rifles, two cars , two
generators and a bicycle were taken as booty.
14- On 01/05/2008 : Setting up a checkpoint on “Imam Ways” road , then
arresting a Shiite element of ad-Dajjal ( Mouqtada as-Sader) Army and taking
his personal car as booty.
15- On 01/05/2008 : Sniper shot a Beshmarga element in “al-Asriyya” region,
“as-Sadiyya” side.
16- On 01/05/2008 : Assassinating a member of the (Communist Party) in
“as-Sadiyya” region.
17- On 01/05/2008 : Assassinating the leader of the (Cooperative Society) and
a National Guard element in “Jawla’a” region and taking a (Tariq) gun , a
laptop and a camera as booty.
18- On 02/05/2008 : Shelling a National Guard’s headquarters in “Qortoba”
region with 120mm mortars, however losses were unknown .
19- On 02/05/2008 : Shelling “at-Tubbah” region, “as-Sadiyya” side with 82mm
mortars.
20- On 05/05/2008 : Breaking into a National Guard’s checkpoint, resulted in
the death (10) apostates , burning of a car and taking (2) rifles, (2) BKCs
and National Guard’s equipments as booty .
21- On 05/05/2008 : Shelling with (c5k) missiles the headquarters which was
previously used by the Second Corps and is used now by the Americans. Losses
were unknown.
22- On 05/05/2008 : Detonating an IED at a patrol for the alleged (Awakening
Councils). Losses were unknown.
23- On 05/05/2008 : Assassinating a rafidite element in the Ghder ( Bader)
Corps, who was a worker in the Electricity Company, in “Khanqeen” region.
Abu-Thar al-Ghafari Sector:
1- On 9/4/2008: Detonating an IED behind the Governorate building, resulted in
the death of two National Guard elements and the injury of another one.
2- On 12/4/2008: Killing a leader in the Ghadr (Badr)corps called "abu- Dalab",
and that resulted in the martyrdom of the mission achiever.
3- On 15/4/2008: Breaking into a police checkpoint in Jurf al-Milh region,
resulted in the death of three apostates and injury of another.
4-On 20/4/2008: Blowing up a headquarters for the Awakening Councils in al-Muhandiseen
quarter, resulted in its total destruction.
5- On 20/4/2008: Detonating an IED in al-Ohemar region to kill two Nation
Guard elements.
6- On 25/4/2008: Detonating an IED in al- Ohemar region , resulted in the
destruction of a vehicle. Another IED was detonated, in the same place, after
the coming of a police squad to kill two elements and inure three others. A
third IED was detonated, near the above-mentioned IEDs' place, at a National
Guard foot patrol to kill 4 elements. The last IED was discovered by the US
troops.
7- On 25/4/2008: Booby-trapping a car belonging to a spy for the US troops
then detonating it against a checkpoint for the Awakening Councils to kill two
elements of them and the spy as well.
8- On 25/4/2008: Detonating an IED in al-Anafseh region, resulted in the death
of three Awakening Councils elements.
9- On 1/5/2008: Detonating an IED at a spy in al-Tahreer region, resulted in
his death and the burning of his car.
10- On 3/5/2008: Detonating an IED, after being discovered, behind the
Governorate building against the National Guard. Losses were unknown.
11- On 5/5/2008: Blowing up a house for a rafidite Awakening Councils element.
Anas bin al-Nadr Sector:
1- On 26/4/2008: A squad of the Huthiafah bin al-Yaman brigade detonated an
IED at a Hummer vehicle for the National Guard in Bazayz Khresan,al-Siyahi
street, resulted in the vehicle's destruction and the death of its passengers.
2- On 27/4/2008: Huthiafah bin al-Yaman brigade detonated an IED at a car for
the Awakening Councils in abu-Fayyad region, resulted in the death of its six
passengers and the destruction of the car.
3-On 28/4/2008: The snipers squad in the Huthiafah bin al-Yaman brigade could
shoot dead a National Guard element.
4- On 30/4/2008: A squad in the abu-Obeidah brigade detonated an IED at a
Hummer vehicle for the National Guard in Bani Zaid region, resulted in the
death of the passengers and destruction of the vehicle.
5- On 30/4/2008: Omer bin abd al-Azeez brigade detonated two IEDs at Hummer
and Zil vehicles in al-Bijat region, resulted in the destruction of the
vehicles and death of their passengers.
Sa'ad bin abi Waqas Sector:
1- Bobby-tapping four houses for the apostates in abu-Khamees region, Kharab
village. These houses were inhabited before by the Awakening Councils, but
they had to leave them- a month ago- because of the brothers' attacks. We have
received information that the crusaders and Awakening Councils are still using
them (for ambushes)from time to time, and that's why we have booby-trapped
them.
2-On 27/4/2008: Detonating an IED in the farms of abd al-Jabbar village,
resulted in the injury of three apostates.
3- On 27/4/2008: Detonating an IED at a vehicle for the National Guard on al-Siahi
road-Baeera, resulted in the destruction of the vehicle. Parts of the
destroyed vehicle were seen at the scene.
4- On 29/4/2008: Detonating , at night, an improved IED at a Hummer vehicle
for the National Guard in al-Siyahi street, resulted in the total destruction
of the vehicle.
5- On 2/5/2008: Detonating an improved IED at a black Prince vehicle for the
Awakening Councils in al-Siyahi street. The vehicle was blown up(the squad
planted the IED could see that) and five passengers were killed.
6- On 2/5/2008: Detonating four IEDs in al-Sawka'ah region in order to support
the lines of defense.
7- On 3/5/2008: Two snipers clashed with 10-15 elements of the National Guard
in al-Sawka'ah village. 60 mm mortars were used during the clash to result in
the death of four National Guard elements.
8- On 4/5/2008: Detonating three IEDs at a US convoy, resulted in the
destruction of two vehicles.
9- On 5/5/2008: Implanting an IED in al-Siyahi street but it was discovered by
the Americans.
Az-Zobayr Bin Al-Awam Sector:
1- On 11/04/2008 : Detonating an IED at a gathering of apostates ( police and
Awakening Councils) , resulted in the death of six elements and the injury of
four others in “as-Salam” region.
2- On 11/04/2008 : One of the brothers had implanted an IED in “Al-Kouti” road
but the Americans followed him then killed him . On the other hand, the stupid
elements of the (Awakening Councils) thought that the American soldiers were
the Mujahideen and they (elements of the Awakening Councils) clashed with the
American soldiers . Then the US air force bombed them to kill (16) apostates
and destroy (3) houses .
Abo-Baker As- Sdeeq Sector:
1- On 11/04/2008 : Sniper shot (3) soldiers of the National Guard in
“As-Salam” region.
2- On 18/04/2008 : Shelling with three 82mm mortars the(Kana’an) checkpoint in
“As-Salam” region.
3- On 11/04/2008 : Sniper shot (3) soldiers of the National Guard.
4- On 21/04/2008 : Destroying a National Guard’s Hummer vehicle and killing
all its passengers in “As-Salam” region.
5- On 21/04/2008 : Sniper shot (2) soldiers of the National Guard.
6- On 22/04/2008 : Sniper shot (2) soldiers of the National Guard.
7- On 23/04/2008 : Shelling a National Guard’s base with two 120mm bombs.
8- On 24/04/2008 : Sniper shot (2) soldiers of the National Guard.
9- On 26/04/2008 : Shelling with a (Grad) rocket a National Guard’s
checkpoint, the hit was on target . At the same time the checkpoint was also
shelled with 60mm mortars.
10- On 28/04/2008 : Sniper shot (4) elements of the National Guard.
11- On 30/04/2008 : Detonating an IED at a National Guard’s patrol, resulted
in the death of (3) of their elements.
12- On 01/05/2008 : Shelling a National Guard’s barracks with four 120mm
mortars , the hits were precise and on target.
13- On 02/05/2008 : Shelling a National Guard’s barracks with two 120mm
mortars , the hits were on target and the ambulance was seen heading to the
site.
14- On 20/04/2008 : Detonating an IED at a National Guard’s vehicle, resulted
in the death of (3) of their soldiers and a Major.
15- On 20/04/2008 : Sniper shot (2) soldiers of the National Guard.
16- On 26/04/2008 : Destroying a US armored vehicle and killing or injuring
all its passengers.
17- On 01/05/2008 : Detonating an IED at a farm tractor vehicle belonging to
the elements of ad-Dajjal ( Mouqtada as-Sader) Army , resulted in the complete
destruction of the tractor and the injury of (3) elements in “Al-Wajihiyya”
region.
18- On 03/05/2008 : Detonating an IED at one of the apostate Awakening
Council’s checkpoints in “Al-Wajihiyya” region , resulted in the death of an
apostate and the injury of another.
19- On 05/05/2008 : Injuring an apostate element of the Awakening Councils in
“Al-Wajihiyya” region.
20- Killing the apostate Sheikh (Thaer Al-Kharkhi) along with (3) of his
bodyguards and his niece.
21- Attacking the apostate (Asa’ad Barys), an active element in ( Balad Roze)
Province, resulted in his injury, the death of (3) policemen and the injury of
(4) others .
22- A martyrdom women carried out a martyrdom operation in ( Balad Roze)
market. And after the apostates ( police elements + Shiites ) had gathered,
another martyrdom hero attacked them. Both operations resulted in the death of
(75) elements and the injury of more than (50).
23- Setting up a checkpoint on “Kana’an - Balad Roze” road, and arresting (9)
Shiites elements of ad-Dajjal ( Mouqtada As-Sader) Army then killing them .
24- Arresting a spy ,and after the investigation he confessed. Later, Allah's
rule was implemented on him.
25- Implementing Allah's rule on the perpetrators of the sin of Sodomy.
These operations were part of al-Birr (piety) incursion declared by the
