Islamic State of Iraq Statement: Between the methodical deviations and the Jihad's constants

Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful
All praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds. Peace and
prayer be upon our prophet, Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
Allah Almighty says : [{ And fight them on until there is no more persecution or
oppression, and the religion becomes Allah's. But if they cease. Let there be no
hostility except to those who practice oppression] Al-Baquara:193.
Allah Almighty imposed Jihad and fight for the sake of Allah for Islamic Sharia
to be the highest over all other deviated divine doctrines or man-made
methodologies , al-Shawkani –a Muslim scholar – said on the Quranic verse: [And
fight them on until there is no more persecution or oppression] by : [ Here the
order of fighting non believers for the purpose of preventing Fitna(sedition)
and for submission be only to Allah , by embracing Islam and leaving all other
religions , for him who embraces Islam and leaves polytheism is not to be fought
with) Fat-hul Qadeer book1/page 191.
Sheikhul-Islam Ebn Taymeiyya said on this verse: (Allah ordered of Jihad for
preventing sedition and for submission to be only to Allah, so He made the
purpose of Jihad is preventing Fitna and for religion to be Allah’s, so He meant
that when the religion being Allah’s this opposes occurrence of Fitna, and
occurrence of Fitna opposes the religion being Allah’s, and Fitna was
interpreted with Shirk(polytheism) , and the Shirk opposes the religion being
all Allah’s , and Fitna includes many types of (shobohat) suspicions and (shahawat)
desires and also the Fitna of those who love idols the love of Allah) Qaeda
fil-Mhabba book/page 88.
The Mujahideen in Iraq went on the way for this aim, for their Jihad and fight
was for two aims , an immediate aim which is repulsing the enemy , and a remote
aim which is establishment of an Islamic State and ruling with Allah’s law
strongly and mightily.
And hence the disbelievers helped by the hypocrites from our people tried to
conceal and distort the aims of Jihad using strange terminologies , for some
time they say: Jihad is allowed only for freeing the occupied land ! or say:
Jihad must be permitted from the ruler who is the crusaders and Jews' agent !!!
or say :Jihad is unsuitable for our current time, the time of peace and
diplomacy !! we seek refuge with Allah from this astray.
The Mujahideen realized early that the conflict with the crusader coalition is a
wills conflict, and that relying upon Allah plus holding fast and till the end
the right methodology without hesitation or duplicity with definite belief that
victory and empowerment is only from Allah, this is the only way to repulse this
crusader campaign over the Muslims land.
Hence Allah’s enemies tried in the past years by all means to extinguish the
burning flame of Jihad over the land of two rivers , especially after the
battlefield in Iraq turned to a land of “Jihad and Hijjra” which means that
Muslim youths from all over the world would go there looking forward to fight
Allah’s enemies and to empower Islam, for it had been devastated the limits of
“Sykes” and “Picot” drew by the crusader colonialism and marched upon by its
agents in the regions “Arabian leaders” , and by the grace of Allah, the creed
of “al-Walaa wa al-Baraa” or the loyalty and disavowal spread upon religion
basis , which resulted in the growth of the Jihadi awakening among the nation’s
youth generally and Sunnis in Iraq particularly.
All this maddened the crusader coalition and the infidel countries, and they
gathered all together to annihilate the Jihadi awakening, they used many means
for achieving this goal within different time phases:
For in the beginning the crusaders resorted to Shiites who agreed to be just
tools and servants to make the crusader project successful , leaving their towns
and regions to be human depots providing the apostasy bodies from Police,
National Guard, Interior commandos and other organs which fix the apostate
Safawi government , plus their militias and death squads which slay Sunnis,
demolish, burn their mosques , houses and displace their families.
Then they resorted to the traitors from Sunnis who have deviated methodologies
like the Iraqi party and others, to persuade them to participate in the
political process in the pretext of protecting the Sunnis rights , and those
traitors in turn could convince some Jihadi factions to participate with them in
the political process and supervisors or in return for some political positions
or portfolios under Islamic false justifications , and unfortunately there
happened many legitimate setbacks for some –claimed to be Sunni- factions , for
they called people first to vote by “No” for the constitution , then they
participated in the legislative elections with the “Cowardice Front” through
candidates affiliated to those groups, moreover they planned to set up some
military battalions and brigades in the Sunnis regions under the pretense of
sectarian rebalancing and protecting Sunnis from the Safawi government , however
by the grace of Allah and then by clinging to the holy Quran and legitimate
Jihad parameters , the Jihadi line didn’t deviate on its track , where the
sincere Mujahideen shared to abort all those plans and deviations through their
adherence to the doctrine of “Idols disavowal” which ensures superiority of
Allah’s religion over all other laws and infidelity constitutions , and if not
that , Jihad would have been sold and purchased in the “political offices” and
under the “parliaments copulas” like it is with some Islamic groups in some
countries.
Then the conflict entered a new phase after the increasing need of the crusader
enemy to convince the Sunnis to stop their support and aid to the Mujahideen ,
to lay down weapons and by the futility of fighting for enabling them to guard
their hot areas and providing them with arms and expand their participation in
the government of al-Maliki to achieve balance with Shiites
A new phase of conspiracy against the Jihadi project especially after the
announcement of the “Islamic State of Iraq” and this via two new ways:
First: Making use of some tribal mercenary well-known members in order to carry
out the crusader projects:
The phenomenon of attracting some tribal members by the crusader colonizer and
getting help from them against the Mujahideen is not so new in the Islamic
history .During the crusader colonization of the Islamic world, in the last
century; the crusaders used this way to settle in the Islamic territory.
Nowadays history is full of such treacheries as well.
But on real grounds, the majority of the Sunni regions and its trueborn tribes
supported Mujahideen from the beginning of the conflict. After the grave
crusaders army's losses within the Sunni regions they resorted to try to hit the
backgrounds of the Mujahideen through what is called “Salvation and
consciousness councils or by arming tribes and supplying them with money “. This
weak project represents the last chance for the crusaders and it reveals the
paralysis and the messy situation that the American administration is living
because of its failure in breaking the Mujahideen will. Moreover it shows their
increasing intention for the withdrawal from the hot regions and having the
right substitute to govern these regions. All this is a filtration and
examination from Allah to his servants.
Allah says: “Allah will not leave the believers in the state in which you are
now, until He distinguishes the wicked from the good. Nor will Allah disclose to
you the secrets of the Ghaib (unseen), but Allah chooses of His Messengers whom
He pleases. So believe in Allah and His Messengers. And if you believe and fear
Allah, then for you there is a great reward.", Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse
#179.)
The prophet peace be upon him said “There will come a time when he who is
steadfast in the faith will be like a man who is clutching a live coal”.[6] and
he said of the turbulence at the end of world : “During (that stormy period) a
man would be a Muslim in the morning and an unbeliever in the evening or he
would be a believer in the evening and an unbeliever in the morning, and would
sell his faith for worldly goods. Muslim (Book #001, Hadith #0213.)
The aim of these weak projects is creating tribal, regional militia or groups of
hirelings and agents to govern these regions to help the crusader army in its
war against Mujahideen. In addition they aim to involve these militias and
groups into the apostate corps in order to be a Sunni militia working against
other Shiite militias but it is, in the same time, peaceful with the crusader
and a means to apply their plans and aims. This leads to creating a situation of
an “active mess” within the Sunni regions to spread an atmosphere of chaos and
interior conflict so that to weaken the Mujahideen and to scatter their efforts
and then pull them out of these regions.
The origins of these councils
and militias go back to the following types:
A) Spiteful elements of the (Baath) still promote to the return of the infidel
Baath party, and some of them were hidden desperately in some factions operating
in the arena .
B) Some suspicious elements from relatives of spies and agents who were
liquidated by the Mujahideen, and being driven by ignorance and tribal revenge
and retaliation, as well as some sabotaged gangs and highwaymen who exploited
this situation to possess power and influence in their respective regions, to
cover their criminal acts.
C) The owners of personal interests of some tribal symbols, and aspirants to
presidency to collect money from the leaders and members of some vibrant tribes
.
D) Some bad individuals belonging to jihadist factions engaged in this Crusader
project and being warheads, and advocates for these militias by volunteering in
the regimental military erected by the crusader occupiers in the Sunni regions,
or through a direct fight with the Crusaders against the Mujahideen, like what
happened in some areas such as al-Ameriyya in Baghdad, Amiriyat al-Fallujah and
other areas south of Baghdad province , and parts of Diyala province .
E) elements of the Iraqi Islamic Party who spread misguided fatwas that incite
fighting Mujahideen and accused them of unbelief calling them "Khawarej"
(dissidents) and "agents of Iran" , while they urge further brotherhood with the
Rawafed (Shiites ), deny fight against them, and call to engage in the Maliki's
government, and confer legitimacy on volunteering in the apostate bodies, and
are working in coordination with some factions which they penetrated and which
have the same as their method and thinking, and those are enemies of Sunnah and
Jamaa method and the dogma of disbelieving in Taghut since the former Baath
time, and they promote to for their deviant method by exploiting naive people,
also some Murjeaas propagandists for the disappointing Salafia and abstaining
from Jihad participated with them in incitement and spreading deviant and false
fatwas.
These and other models are the nucleus of these "militias" or "Salvation
councils", and those must be fought and combated till all the religion is
Allah's as religious scholars decided, and implementing Allah's limits on them
is an important duty at this time because they got into apostasy and infidelity
from many sides, the most obvious example :
1) Supporting the disbelievers and standing as pegs to stabilize the crusader
occupation and its agent government: This by supporting them in the war against
the Mujahideen , and for this reason they become infidels because Allah Almighty
says : [And if any amongst you takes them (as Auliyâ'), then surely he is one of
them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâliműn (polytheists and
wrong-doers and unjust) ] (Al-Maidah : 51)
2) Fighting for the sake of the idol and crippling the Islamic Shariaa (law)
through their support of constitutions, man-made laws and infidel rulers, so
they are considered as Taghout's soldiers and helpers, for this reason they
become infidels because Allah Almighty says :[Those who believe, fight in the
Cause of Allâh, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Tâghűt (Satan).
So fight you against the friends of Shaitân (Satan). Ever feeble indeed is the
plot of Shaitân (Satan)] (An-Nisaa : 76)
All praise be to Allah These models are outcasts among our highborn tribes in
Al-Anbar, Diyala, Baghdad and the rest of the provinces, and -those honorable
tribes- will not accept that these elements stained their honorable names and
history in Jihad while they pushed their sons in the battles, and they declared
their innocence of those agents spoilers and still on their positions towards
Mujahideen despite different means of pressure on them by the Crusaders and
their tails.
Secondly: Carrying out suspicious transactions with some symbols of jihadist
detainees by the American forces to release them:
This is the lowly deal done by the Crusaders with those who are satisfied to
renounce on the basis of their faith and religion for the infidels in return for
ephemeral worldly promises .
Allah Almighty says : [And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of
hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: "We fear lest some
misfortune of a disaster may befall us." Perhaps Allâh may bring a victory or a
decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they
have been keeping as a secret in themselves.] (Al-Maidah : 52)
Few months ago, a number of symbols associated with some jihadi groups, who were
counted previously from scholars in Fiqh (jurisprudence) and participated in
Jihad. Our brothers in the group "Army of Ansar Al-Sunnah" - may Allah protect
them- showed –and in many statements the reality and intentions of those
symbols, they went out of crusaders prisons carrying signals, messages and
pledges from the Americans to release the detainees Mujahideen and participate
in the political process and the expansion of the Sunni participation in the
apostate government. Immediately after leaving prison, they hurried to form a
known consortium with some factions agreed to engage with them in this project
which aims to make obscure the Ummah (nation) and deceive it through reducing
the jihadi project in Iraq from an Islamic issue affecting the Ummah (nation) to
territorial field with a moderate Islamic façade abandoning ruling by Shariaa
(Islamic law) and ruling with the laws of neighboring agents governments' law
and the atheist United Nations council which recognizes the right of
"resistance" against "occupier" in the negotiation with political fronts after
laying down their arms, as what happened in the previous bitter experiences in
Algeria, Bosnia, Afghanistan and elsewhere, including through :
1) Seeking to negotiate the crusader occupier, and agreeing with him on
scheduling of the withdrawal with the support of other external parties.
2) They based their gathering on the basis of tracking Slips distant errors of
the Mujahideen, the use of libel and the appeal in the media against their
brothers instead of counseling them. Jihad is a movement of humanity derived
from the experiences of reality and the difficulties of the geographic political
and social field, and the Mujahideen are not angels walking on the land, and
here, we proceed from the ground we do not live in a climate of theory between
books and monographs, we never say that the Mujahideen are impeccable but we
worship Allah by following the impeccable method in fighting Allah's enemies the
Crusaders and apostates, and seeking to make the religion ruling the ground.
3) Encouraging the phenomenon of the so-called "arming Sunni tribes," or at
least tolerating with them, urging Sunnis and members of "some factions" to
engage in these clans militias or joining directly the security organs of the
army and police to be prepared for receipt of the Sunni areas after the
departure of the crusader occupier.
4) Seeking for possibility of an expanded political representation of the Sunnis
in any parliamentary government being after the departure of the occupier or via
elections, in return for promises of increasing the Sunni participation share at
the account of the Rawafed (Shiites), and it does not matter if this government
is under the auspices of the United Nations or even some crusaders States.
Now there are two projects in the jihadist field , the project of (the Islamic
State of Iraq) born from the womb of Jihad, and aims to unify the ranks of
groups and the enablement of this religion in this land and therefore
maintenance of the Jihadist project from deviation and loss. And a project of
these gatherings which aim to exploit the jihad for political advantages or
seats in the polytheist parliament's domes under the pretext of bringing back
rights of the Sunnis, and walking in the circuit of neighboring agent
governments, and abandoning the ruling by the Islamic law, and thus the loss of
the Ummah's hope in the project of Jihad on al-Rafedain land, so the aim of
their Jihad is only expelling the crusader occupier and not the enablement of
the religion of Islam in the ground till it becomes all for Allah.
And for those we say: why doing jihad and fighting from the beginning? And
because of what did these blood and bodies parts fall?
And we remind them with Seikh el Battar-may Allah accept him in Martyrs-when he
was speaking about Jihad’s steady pillars: “that one of the meanings of defeat
is flattery to the disbelievers and reliance on them and following their creed.
Allah said (Their desire is that thou shouldst be pliant: so would they be
pliant.) el Qalem09 and he said (So hearken not to those who deny (the Truth))
el Qalem 08.
Allah SWT forbids His prophet peace be upon him to follow the liars-disbelievers
of Mecca in that is against Truth (al haq).
Al-Qurtubi said in his interpretation of Quran 18/230 ‘He forbids him from
leaning to disbelievers and they used to call him to stop fighting so that they
stop as well. Allah clarified that leaning to them is a Kufr(disbelief). “And
had We not given thee strength, thou wouldst nearly have inclined to them a
little. » Israa 74. And Idhan means: docility and mannerism. Allah explained
here that disbelievers of Mecca wished that Mohamed peace be upon him would
soften and effectuate with them, things which Allah forbid His prophet to do.’
Abu Modhafar Essam-ani said in his interpretation of Quran 20/06 “and when He
said: ‘Their desire is that you should be pliant: so would they be pliant.’
i.e.: you become weak in your affairs so that they become weak or you soften to
them so that they soften to you. And flattery here means that you show good
behaviour and wisdom and hide the contrary.” From what preceded it’s clear that
many people belonging to Islam nowadays are defeated because of their flattery
to the enemies of Allah. They betrayed themselves and the Ummah(nation) and they
said that this a legal flattery, but in reality it’s a shameful defeat and a
blind cajolery. It’s an overturn of haq(Truth) into Batil(wrong) and Batil into
haq. It’s selling one’s religion for the sake of worldly things and personal
good. What does remain, then, of the meaning of victory after this shameful
defeat?! He, Assam-ani, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, said also: “Many Muslims
think that every worshipper fighting in Jihad, he must win physically and on
territory and that Allah ordered Jihad to win physically and territorially only.
The meaning of victory for many means the military and territorial victories
only. Allah SWT enacted Jihad and He didn’t guarantee victory to its soldiers;
He , on the contrary, stressed defeat of Muslims in some instances “If a wound
hath touched you, be sure a similar wound hath touched the others. Such days (of
varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those
that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks Martyr-witnesses
(to Truth). And Allah loveth not those that do wrong. » (Al-Imran:140). His
words ended may Allah’s mercy be upon him.
We remind our brothers
Mujahideen of two historical instances worth contemplating:
Firstly: During the tenth Hidjri century under the reign of Mohamed Esheikh, who
saw in the Ottoman Caliphate as illegal, the Saadit State was against the
Ottomans and their trials to add the Maghreban region to the body of the Islamic
Nation and to confront the crusader attacks. Mohamed Esheikh had his personal
ambitions to lead Muslims and to form a separate State from the Ottomans. This
disaccord led him to ask the help of Christian Portuguese against the Ottoman
Caliphate and lost both in this life and in the hereafter.
Secondly: Muslim stories that have been accounted about Andalusia during four
hundred years after its opening when it was famous of its Islamic
architecture-during that time Christians gathered their forces against Muslims
and expelled them. They attacked Qurtuba emirate. They prepared for the war
which would decide either the presence of Cross or Islam.
The emir of Qurtoba, Ibn Abbed Faris, a poet and famous literary man, gathered
the Shurah Council members to ask their views about asking the help of
Morabiteen State in North Africa which was governed by Emir el Mou-aminin the
Mujahid King Youcef Iben Tashfin. The majority of the council advised Ibn Abbed
not to call the Morabiteen because they were poor people, lived in a Sahara
region and if they saw the richness and beauty of Andalusia, they would fight
the Christians and then turn against Beni Abbed to take the thrown. So, it’s
better to pacify with Christians than to call Morabiteens’ help. The Emir of
Qurtuba told them to wait for tomorrow to tell his decision. He said, the day
after, that he preferred to ‘shepherd with Camels than with pigs’ and his saying
became a famous idiom. He meant that if he got imprisoned by Muslim Morabiteens
and became a slave who shepherd with Camels better than being slave of
Christians and shepherd with pigs.
The story goes that Ibn Abbed called the help of the Mujahid King Ibn Tashfine
who was in his nineties. He used to tell his soldiers to tie him on his horse so
that not to fall because of his elderness. The Maghreb and Andalusia soldiers
gathered and fought in the famous Azzilaqa battle where Allah made Islam
victorious, shattered the Christian armies and Andalusia was kept for Muslims
for other 400 years. Youcef Ibn Tashfin swore to his soldiers not to take any of
the booties. This was the end of he who followed the path of his religion and
his mind and said ‘to shepherd with Camels better than with pigs’.
At the end we say to our brothers, sons and leaders of all Iraq’s tribes: be
careful of Allah in this blessed Jihad. Don’t be allies to the colonizer and his
tails; don’t let your sons to be servants of crusaders in the police and the
army; the Ummah entrusted you this Jihad so don’t betray Allah, His prophet and
your trust intentionally.
We remind our brothers Mujahideen in the other Jihadi groups as well as the
Mujahideen in the Islamic State: by Allah don’t lose this blessed Jihad with
neglecting Allah’s orders and leaning to this life; victory comes with patience;
you have to be loyal to believers because loyalty in belief is the way to esteem
and victory on earth; hold on Walaa and Baraa creed, you’re the hope of the
Ummah. May Allah strengthen you on this way of Jihad and accept your deeds and
Jihad. From Allah is help and correctness.
O, Revealer of The Book, Mover of the clouds, Destroyer of the co-coalition (the
enemies), destroy the co-coalition.
Destroy the spiteful rafidities, the Zionist Crusaders and whosoever aids them.
O Allah, make them and their weaponry a booty for the believers.
O Allah, you are our support and you are our only Victor; by your order we
attack; by your order we retreat and by your order we fight!
O Allah, the sky is yours; the earth is yours; the sea is yours, so whatever
forces they have in the sky, drop them. Destroy all their forces in earth and
sink all their forces in sea..
O Allah, deal with them for verily they can never disable you
O Allah, retaliate upon them, afflict them like you did to Pharaoh and his
nation.
O Allah afflict their country with flood , make them in need of money and food
and persons ..
O Allah defeat them, destroy them O the All-Strong, the All-Mighty
Allahu Akbar
