And whoever defends himself after his being oppressed, these it is against whom there is no way (to blame). [As-Shura:41]

The way (to blame) is only against those who oppress men and revolt in the earth unjustly; these shall have a painful punishment. [As-Shura:42]

We swear by Allah, whom no god is to be worshiped but He; who has raised the seven heavens one above another with no pillars

We will seek revenge for your blood, and we will widow their wives just as they widowed the wives of our Mujahideen.

We attacked the children of Zion in their houses, and we returned safe to our families. Yet they have been killed at your hands on Friday evening and on these blessed days -- All for the sake of propaganda that Hamas wants to incorporate mosque into the government's Ministry of al-Awqaf (religious endowments).

With its decision, Hamas harvested the souls of the Mujahideen and civilians under the pretext that we are takferieen (those who falsely accuse others of idolatry) and that we belong to al-Qaida. We have repeated many, many times that we have no connection to any explosions inside the Gazza strip. Moreover, some of the most famous words of our Emir, Abu-Abdullah al-Muhajer, may Allah have mercy upon him, and accept him as a martyr- are his words to those Mujahid youth who supported takfeer and wanted to join the Jund-Ansar-Allah group. He used to turn these youths away and tell them they were not ready to work with us.

With all due respect to Hamas, Abu-Abdullah was among Israel's most wanted, and his military and Jihadi resumes are brilliant. He was considered a general from a military perspective, and he was a specialist in manufacturing bullets. He worked alongside Hamas and offered them his expertise. The most important of these was the simulation training hall - you have probably seen the Jund-Ansar-Allah training there in our videos.

Abu-Abdallah was very close to Muhammad al-Ja’bary, the Qassam leader, abu-Ash-Shaimaa, and abu-Mu’ath. He had a close personal relationship to them, and in return, they killed him. They killed him when they realized that Jund-Ansar-Allah will grow stronger and stronger on the ground. They killed him when they realized that anyone who wants to wage jihad correctly will know that their path is the path of democracy and legislation and elections and bickering between them and Fatah and their internal conflicts. Anyone who wants to wage jihad correctly will know that theirs is not the path for the Mujahideen who joined Qassam for jihad's sake.

As Fatehy Hammad stated, we have not killed anyone since our group rose to oppose you. We have not had any connection whatsoever to any explosion that has taken place on Palestinian ground. We have not declared anyone to be an infidel and we do not belong to al-Qaida. This was the decision of our Emir, Abu-Abdullah, and we are now waiting for our new Emir.

Allah is Sufficient for us and He is the Highest Trustee over the fitnat (discord) ignited by some of the "traitorous Hamas leadership". We are innocent of what will come as a result of this discord in the days to come.

Hamas has stolen many things from the Mujahideen of Jund-Ansar-Allah, including $120,000, military equipment and military supplies intended for the Greater Ghazwat (invasion according to Islamic Sharia doctrine). In addition to this, Hamas amassed a significant debt connected to a piece of land and a house belonging to the family of Abu-Abdullah al-Mohajer. Abu-Abdullah rented the house to the Interior Ministry of the Hamas Administration. A part of the house was destroyed in the clashes between Fatah and Hamas, and the occupation forces blew it up before the last war. Hamas agreed to a one million dollar compensation for the destroyed house, but the Hanneya Administration reneged on the debt and paid nothing. Now Abu-Abdullah is a martyr and these debts are around the neck of Ismail Hanneya, because Jund-Ansar-Allah was founded on the personal money of Abu-Abdullah. He was one of the wealthiest men in Syria, and devoted his souls and his money to support Islam and Muslims.
