OBSTACLES HINDERING, ENEMIES OBSTRUCTING: A NECESSITY IN THE FIGHT
السلام عليكم ورحمة
الله وبركاته
إن الحمد لله نحمده نستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذ بالله من شرور
أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلله
فلا هادي له و أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له و أشهد
أن محمدا عبده ورسوله
أما بعد فإن أصدق الحديث كتاب الله وخير الهدي هدي محمد {ص ع
م} وشر الأمور محدثاتها و كل محدثات بدعة و كل بدعة ضلالة وكل
ضلالة في النار
Ibaadah - a Basic
Obligation of the Human Beings
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa liLlahil hamd!
Allah Azza wa Jalla says:
“O mankind, worship your
Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may
become righteous,” (QS. Al Baqarah : 21 )
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah, Allah Jalla wa ‘Alaa
has created the universe and its contents in all completeness
and beauty so that mankind can actualize their basic
fitrah as slaves of Allah who continue to serve Him
throughout life and the opportunity given to him by Allah.
In the same manner as the universe, good human life can only
be organized and become of high value if they are subject to
the teachings of Allah, Most Holy, Most High. And this is the
true essence of the nature of ibaadah which is within
every individual. So it is of no use and impossible to be
accepted by Allah if someone from the outside appears to
perform the Islamic rituals, but in his practical life, he
himself cancels his own confession of his iman by
doing things that cancel it out. For example: following other
laws besides the Shari’a of Islam.
Prophet SAW said:
"The knots/ties of Islam will
be cut off one by one. Everytime a knot is broken mankind
begins to hold on to the next rope. The first one to break is
the Law, and the last one is Solat." ( HR Ahmad,
Thabrani, Ibnu Hibban )
Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Abdulloh bin Baz rahimahullah
stated that the kalimah: "The first one to break
is the Law" has a clear meaning. Namely, the absence of
the application of Allah’s Shari'a. And this has
becomes a reality in most countries that claim to be an
Islamic state and become members of the OIC. Whereas, as
generally understood, they are all obliged to implement the
Islamic law in all things, and are forbidden to impose the
various man-made laws and all practices that contradict the
Islamic Shari'a based on the verse of Allah:
"But no, by the Lord, they
can have no (real) Faith, until they make thee judge in all
disputes between them, and find in their souls no resistance
against Thy decisions, but accept them with the fullest
conviction." (QS An-Nisaa
: 65)
Also the verse of Allah: "And
whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is
those who are defiantly disobedient (kafir)."
(QS Al-Ma'idah 47)
The ulama's rahimahumullah have explained
that the obligation of all the leaders is to impose the
Shari'a of Allah in all aspects of the Muslim's life and
in all disputed issues amongst themselves, so that they are
truly worthy and legal by Shar’ie that they are
leaders of the believers, that the Muslims are obliged to obey
them as long as they don't commit transgression against Allah
Azza wa Jalla.
But the ulama's have also explained that the leaders
who decide upon a law which is not with the Shari'a
sent down by Allah and they considered such actions to be
halal, then they becomes kafir with a big
kufr that causes them to be expelled from the Dien ul-Islam.
Especially if they have deliberately crossed out the
implementation of the Shari'a of Islam and continued
the legacy of the kafir colonial law, which are
consistently applied to their citizens who are mostly Muslims.
The Presence Of Kafir’s Hostility Towards Muslims
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa liLlahil hamd!
Allah Azza wa Jalla says:
“Nor will they cease fighting
you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And
if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief,
their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the
Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide
therein.” (QS. Al-Baqarah : 217)
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah, when the children of
Prophet Adam AS were still a few in number but the hostility
between the descendants of Adam had already emerged in the
form of murder amongst themselves, this also has the process
of taqarrub (ibaadah ) towards Allah SWT by
two parties (Habil and Qabil) as the background. Qabil's
hatred towards his brother, Habil whose ibaadah was
accepted by Allah, encouraged Qabil to do a bad sunnah
i.e. killing that of his brother.
So do not be surprised and confused when the enemies of Islam
are launching all forms of enmities, either silently or
openly. In fact, when they are hostile towards Islam and the
Muslimeen, it was based on their claim that they're doing
something good for their nation and country, in fact for
justice and humanity.
If those enemies of Islam are having the upper hand in terms
of their numbers, wealth, power and armaments, they will
declare a CONFRONTATION i.e. open attacks on
the Muslims in many places they could reach. As we see today,
when George W. Bush declared the Global War on
Terrorism post the 911 event with the strategy of
pre-emptive strike, hitting the enemy in the enemy's
territory. Followed by Obama who sent another 30,000
additional American troops to Afghanistan.
But where they have a few abettors (collaborators/compradors)
in the countries of their target, they would arrange a
CONSPIRATION i.e. evil conspiracy with the
munafiq who are in power but in reality are just lackeys,
the product of their recruitment. Where they are concealing
their heinous maneuvers in targeting and arresting, in fact
even murdering the da’ies and Mujahids under the
guise of saving the nation from terrorism. Even though the
truly more dangerous potential for terror against the people
and country are the corruptions, pornography, narcotics,
separatist groups and etc., but since the Islamic activists
are worth more dollars, then the shootings are only aimed at
the militant Muslims.
And we believe, the Qur’an is never wrong indeed in predicting
the hostility of the kuffar against Islam and the
Muslims. The wrong ones are precisely those who claimed to be
Muslims, in fact they even frequently go for hajj but
are positioning themselves consciously to become stooges of
the kuffar in cornering Islam and the Muslims. They
are even supported with funds, trainings, equipment and
weapons to carry out the agenda of America in a country which
in the past was liberated by the Mujahids with the cry of
“Allahu Akbar…!”
Didn’t one of the leaders of this country say: “I love the
United State, with all its faults. I consider it my second
country.”
The Universal Legal Obligations Of Muslims in
Defending Their Rights
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa liLlahil hamd!
Allah Azza wa Jalla says:
“Did not Allah check one set
of people by means of another, there would surely have been
pulled down monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques, in
which the name of Allah is commemorated in abundant measure.
Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause);- for
verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to
enforce His Will).”
(QS Al-Hajj : 40)
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah , the Shari’a of
Islam does not allow the Muslims to remain silent and
surrender to evil, whether it be between fellow Muslims, let
alone the atrocities inflicted by the enemies of Islam!
The Shari’a of Islam which was sent down by Allah SWT
through the examples and wisdoms of Prophet Muhammad SAW 14
centuries ago, in order to make happen the welfare of the
Islamic ummah specifically and mankind generally.
Where in order to realize those benefits, the Shari’a
of Islam obliges us to maintain the five things, which are;
dharuriyah (primary), then the things which are of
necessity in nature / additional hajiyah (secondary),
only then for the last are the things which are tahsiniyah
(supplementary) in nature / entirely decorative. It is the
process maintaining what we call the Tathbiiqus Shari’a.
Therefore, based on the studies of the ulama’s on the
practices of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his Sahabahs
with regards to Tathbiiqus Shari’a above, protecting
the Dien is prioritized than protective the lives,
aqal, descendants and properties. Although those five
things are of one package in matters which are of
dharuriyah in nature.
For that reason, it is haram – once again, haram,
for the Muslims to remain silent when the honour (muru’ah)
and dignity of the highness of Islam are mocked!
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah, are we aware? That the
Dien ul-Islam in different parts of the world
inhabited by as much as 1.5 billions Muslims, the progenies of
Prophet Adam AS, out of approximately 5 – 6 billions humanity,
are being trampled, and the blood as well as the honor of the
Muslims today are cheap.
If there are 1.5 millions Iraqi children who died as a result
of the embargo on medicines commandeered by America through
the umbrella of the UN. If there are thousands or even
millions of Afghan civilians who died as a result of the
barbaric attacks by the Soviet Union and now continued by
America. And may be millions others in Palestine, Chechnya,
Bosnia, Somalia, Philippines, Thailand, Myanmar( Roohingya ),
Xin Jiang (China) in fact even in countries which become an
Islamic symbol such as Egypt, Yemen and others, all of those
are not a humanitarian tragedy in which the justice that it
deserves must be established, but all are assessed just as a
mere statistic!
Why? Because those who are massacred and as appropriately died
in cruel ways such as by being killed with bombs of mass
destruction, are the Muslims!
Yes…! Since they are Muslims, then in the scales of the world
leaders today, they can be killed in heinous ways!
Whereas if there are Mujahideen attacks against the enemies of
Islam, and there are civilians among the victims, then the
whole world would yell, curse and accused it as an act of
terrorism, classified as an extraordinary crime. Why? Because
the actors are Muslims who are conducting jihad, while the
victims are western citizens who are decorous in the eyes of
the world!
The world is silent on Ariel Sharon, Simon Peres, George W
Bush, Tommy Blair and not to mention Obama who is currently in
power, whereas they have committed war crimes against the
Muslims, in the lands of the Muslims! But all the countries in
the world under the umbrella of the UN are instead giving bad
names and accusations on the Mujahids of Islam in this century
using the label “Terrorists”, to the point that they are
allied in hunting, capturing, torturing and murdering those
Mujahids of Islam.
If those acts of the Mujahids of Islam, in defending the
honor, dignity and blood of the Muslims from the atrocities of
the kuffar invaders, are classified as terrorism,
while those kuffar leaders are affixed with
brotherhood, in fact even considered as guests of honor of the
State when to come to visit, by the leaders of Muslim
countries, so we are asking: “What model of barbaric world
civilization are you defending and protecting with the wealth
and the people of the Muslim countries, O leaders…?”
The Necessity of Sabr and Istiqomah in the Resistance
against Colonialism and Oppressions by the Kuffar and their
Partners in Crime
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa liLlahil hamd!
Allah Azza wa Jalla says:
“How many of the prophets fought (in
Allah's way), and with them (fought) Large bands of godly men?
But they never lost heart if they met with disaster in Allah's
way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah
Loves those who are firm and steadfast.”
( QS. Ali Imran : 146 )
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah, we are taught by Allah
and His Rasul to not regret and only cry for all the grief's
caused by the atrocities aimed at Islam and the Muslims. We
may become tongue-tied, the tears may dry out, the palms of
our hand are clenched in rigidity… what else can we do? But
the spirit of resistance should never be extinguished, the
souls of revival are forbidden from being sunken. Because
there's still hope up there, there is always gallantly
enthroned in the heaven, The One The Most Rahman,
Allahul Malikul Jabbar.
His decree for this reality which to us feels bitter is a
rahmah given to believers so that the fighting fields and
arena of rewards are always available so that He knows who
amongst us are truly believers and takes some of us as
Shuhadaa’! Allahu Akbar…!
Our obligation during this time of tribulation
(oppressions) is to strengthen our iman and fortify
our patience, which will produce an istiqomah
attitude that brings the help from Allah Azza wa Jalla,
insha Allah …ameen!
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa liLlahil hamd!
Allah Azza wa Jalla says:
“And slacken not in following
up the enemy: If ye are suffering hardships, they are
suffering similar hardships; but ye have Hope from Allah,
while they have none. And Allah is full of knowledge and
wisdom.” (QS. An-Nisaa’ : 104 )
O Muslimeen rahimakumullah, lastly, let all of us
understand that there is a price to pay, there should be a
noble thing to be sacrificed for the sake of a more honorable
life and for the sake of the future eternal happiness in the
akhira. We cannot feel satisfied just by doing the
rituals of ibaadah and then dream of entering the
paradise of Allah Azza wa Jalla, but we are not
concerned with what happens to our religion and the conditions
of the Muslims around us.
Not a few from among our brothers, in
fact our mentor and leader - Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir and
other Ikhwans – who cannot perform the ibaadah
of Ramadhan in the same manner as how we perform it in the
free world out here. They are performing the ibaadah
of Ramadhan within the limitations imposed by the tyrannical
power, that the prison becomes the mihrab (niche) of
their ibaadah. May Allah Azza wa Jalla
bestow sabr and istiqomah for us and them…ameen!
Of course, all those bitter realities are somewhat hitting and
injuring our feelings and the journey of our struggle. But all
those should become a big hikma for the activities of
our struggle forward.
HasbunAllah wa ni’mal wakiil ni’mal
maula wa ni’man nasiir, Allahu Akbar wa lillahil hamd!
Lastly, let us make do’a to Allah Azza wa Jalla:
اللهم لا تجعل مصيبتنا
في ديننا ولا تجعل الدنيا أكبر هــمنا ولا مبلغ علمنا ولا تسلط
علينا من لا يرحمنا
اللهم انصر المجاهدين في كل مكان واجمع كلمتهم وثبت أقدامهم
وانصرهم علي عدوك وعدوهم وانصرهم نصرا مؤزرا
اللهم أنج المجاهدين المسجونين والغارّين بدينهم في كل مكان
اللهم العن كفرة أهل الكتاب الذين يصدون عن سبيلك ويكذبون رسلك و
يقاتلون أولياءك . اللهم خالف بين كلمهم وأنزل بهم بأسك الذي لا
ترده عن القوم المجرمين
ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة و في الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
ربنا تقبل منا إنك أنت السميع العليم و تب علينا إنك أنت التواب
الرحيم
سبحان ربك رب العزة عما يصفون و سلام على المرسلين . والحمد لله
