The Allegiance of Commander az-Zarqaawee to the Shaykh of the Mujaahideen, Shaykh Osamah ibn Ladin, Hafidhullah

All Praise
belongs to Allaah, Who united the rows of the Mujaahideen, and divided the
alliance of the infidels.
Praised be the One Who said, “And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of
Allaah, and be not divided among yourselves.”
And salutations and peace be upon the one who united the hearts of the Mu’mineen,
and they became like a solid structure in the faces of the Enemies of Islaam-
“severe against infidels, and merciful among themselves” ; and upon his family,
and Companions who raised the Sword of Truth with one hand, and annihilated the
Leaders of Falsehood. As for what proceeds:
There were communications between Shaykh Aboo Mus’ab, may Allaah preserve him,
and some of the Brethren in al-Qaa’idah, since the last eight months; and they
discussed their views. Then there was a short disruption in communications- but
time did not pass except Allaah honored us once again with the return of these
communications.
And our Brethren in al-Qaa’idah understood the strategies of Jamaa’ah at-Tawheed
wal-Jihaad in the Land of the Raafidayn [the Rivers of the Euphrates and the
Tigris], the Land of the Caliphs- and they opened their breasts for its [i.e. of
Jamaa’ah at-Tawheed wal-Jihaad] methodology in this land.
And with the arrival of Ramadhaan, the month of bounties and victories- it is a
time where the Muslims need most to stay united, so they can become a blow
against the eyes of the Enemies of Islaam.
We will give glad tidings to our Dignified Ummah- “the best of peoples ever
raised up for mankind” – a glad tiding which will give joy to the Mu’mineen, and
will kill the infidels through its severity, and will terrorize each and every
enemy of the Muslims.
And we give glad tidings to them of the news of the allegiance of Jamaa’ah at-Tawheed
wal-Jihaad, its commander and its warriors- to the Shaykh of the Mujaahideen –
Usaamah ibn Laadin;
A pledge upon ‘listening and obeying’[ as-Sam’ wat-Taa’ah] in times of ease and
hardship, with Holy War in the Path of Allaah – “Until there is no more Fitnah (kufr
and worshipping of others along with Allaah) and all (and every kind of) worship
is for Allaah (Alone).”
And we indeed heard the statement of our Prophet, and we believed in him and had
conviction in him, “The world will not cease until it becomes for the wicked,
the son of the wicked.”
And we have indeed seen the comedy and mockery of the leaders of the governments
today; and we are waiting for his other promise, which is awaited regarding the
leaders:
“The Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allaah wishes it to remain,
then Allaah (Most High) will remove it. Then there will be a khilaafah upon the
methodology of the Prophethood as long as Allaah wishes it to remain, then
Allaah (Most High) will remove it. Then there will be a distressful kingdom
which will remain as long as Allaah wishes it to remain, then Allaah (Most High)
will remove it. Then there will be a tyrannical kingdom which will remain as
long as Allaah wishes it to remain, then Allaah (Most High) will remove it. Then
there will be a khilaafah upon the methodology of the Prophethood.” And perhaps
that might happen at our hands.
So by Allaah! O Shaykh of the Mujaahideen! If you ordered us to cross the ocean,
then we would cross it with you, with the Permission of Allaah; and if you
command us, we will obey; and if you forbid us, we will abstain; And what an
excellent Commander you are for the Armies of Islaam against the all the
infidels, the original ones, and the apostates.
So O Youth of the Ummah! Come to the Flag of the Shaykh of the Mujaahideen, so
that we can all lift the Word “ Laa Ilaah Illaa Allaah” high and waving it- just
as our courageous grandfathers had done. And let us purify the Lands of Islaam
from every infidel and evil apostate… Until Islaam even enters the houses made
of clay and skin.
