All thanks are but to Allah, He Who says in His Book:

“Would you kill a man because he says: My Lord is Allah?!”

Peace and blessings are upon the Prophet after whom no prophet is to come, upon his family and his best chaste companions.

To proceed,

We were as shocked as our Mujahed brothers and sisters when we learned of the carnage in Rafah against our pious righteous Mujahedeen brethren, "Shaikh Abu An-Nur Al-Maqdesy and his companions. The shock was doubled due to the heinous nature of the crime - the murdered ones were Mujahedeen of the right path whom the Jews prepared themselves a lot for them. They were led by a glorious sheikh, and a da’ya (caller for the religion of Allah) who spoke the truth, and the place was the Ibn-Taimiah mosque, a house among the greatest houses of Allah where the name of Allah resounded for ages. And the time was Friday, a Muslim eid, and a day which is held holy in the heart of every Muslim.

Moreover, what increases the awfulness of the bereavement is that the murderers are not the cursed Jews, even though they did just as the Jews do, step by step.

They are the Hamas movement, which we have supported for so long. And we made supplications to Allah on their behalf. For so long we were prevented from fighting them, even though we considered them to be on the wrong side in many issues.

Hamas did what they have done, and what they should not have done. They shed the blood of Muslims. They killed the Mujahedeen. They destroyed one of the houses of Allah. They opened a dangerous door of evil. They left a deep wound that is so hard to be healed. And they did all this under false excuses and justifications that cause wonderment in anyone who knows the letters of Islam! These excuses and justifications are identical to the rotten excuses of Dahlan and abu-Mazen and the rest of the secularist leaders of the Fateh movement.

In truth we say: is this not the bitter harvest of the movement of the “Muslim Brothers”- that Islamic movement which encompasses among its foundations a clear deviation of doctrine which caused many disasters and tribulations. And among the most famous of these is siding with the occupation troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia… the list goes on and on.

The Algerian experience many years ago has been the best witness to the tribulations of the “Muslim Brothers” who have been clear that they are willing not just to enter the religion of democracy, as some might imagine…! But are mostly willing to stand by the apostates and the secularists in rejecting democracy and not accepting the elections results in the event of a victory by Muslims from parties other than their own, even when most of the Muslim Algerian people have chosen and preferred their project… This was nothing but envy and transgression of themselves. History recorded the shameful stance of the leader of of the “Muslim Brothers” in Algeria “Mahfouz Nehnah” after the revolution of the Algerian army against the elections in 1991 when the Islamic Rescue Front won. At that time that man supported, with his movement, the criminal generals and rejoiced over the misfortune of his brethren among the leaders of the Islamic Front, whom the idols threw in prisons and jails. The bones of their followers were crushed on the tables of savage torture. Their blood flew as rivers in the Shuhada’a square and in the centers of security and intelligence, and he stood and said his famous words, describing the Islamic Front as “a flask that has been broken”…!

Today and for 19 years now, the Hamas movement in Algeria has remained a poisoned dagger stabbing in the back of the Muslim Ummah (Muslim community), and an underpinning pillar from the pillars of the apostate countries which rule by a law other than what Allah has revealed and who ally with the Jews as well as the Christians and fight the Mujahedeen and choke the breath of Islam and Muslims.

The recent massacre of Rafah is a continuation of the bitter harvest and it is the inevitable result of the corruption of foundations (of Islam).

If the corrupted foundations are not corrected and there is no end to the series of deviation, then it will be very difficult to differentiate between the secularist Fatah and Hamas which is supposedly to be Islamic.

And even if we have previously remained silent regarding their crime against our brethren the Mujahedeen in Jaysh Al-Islam (the Islamic Army) may the mercy of Allah be upon them, and we looked for the good in some men of Hamas to correct their path and direct their guns to the Jews and be occupied with them instead of occupying themselves by pursuing their Salafi brethren (Muslims following the path of the earlier Muslim ancestors) and turn them away from fighting the Jews.

This massive massacre and heinous crime exceeded all the limits of our imagination and shocked us deeply. We cannot keep silent after this so we say, with guidance from Allah:

• We mourn for the Muslim Ummah the martyrs of the “white mosque” the honorable Sheikh Abu An-Nour al-Maqdisi and the leader Abu Abdullah the Syrian and the rest of their brethren the Mujahedeen of Jund Al-Ansar, may Allah accept them in the highest paradise... By Allah, the Muslim nation have lost Muslim tigers and faithful men and swords that shake the brothers of the monkeys and pigs; to Allah we belong and to Him we return; please Allah give us solace in our loss and compensate us with the better.

• We condemn the heinous crime committed by Hamas against our brethren there, and invite Hamas to bring the criminals involved in the incident to the court of Shari’ah (Islamic law) as an honest step to cure the wound.

• We condemn Hamas's transparent lies and the deliberate disinformation and the comical unfair slanders stated by the leaders of Hamas in a desperate attempt to cover up the crime without shame, among which are:

Accusing the martyr sheikh Abu An-Nour and his brethren of accusing the Palestinian people of infidelity, and stating that they are linked to Fateh and that they are the ones who started the aggression, and so forth on the list of hypocrisy, cunning, and lying. We remind the leaders of Hamas of Allah and of the forbidding of lying and that the Believer does not lie. It is really shameful that the leaders of an Islamic group conspire to lie shamelessly.

• We wonder at Hamas’s description of the minhaj of the martyred brothers (the implementation of the Islamic Shari’ah) as a "messed up mentality" and we consider this description a "messed up creed" that clearly reveals the extent of the deviation and corruption in the compass of a group claims to be Islamic.

• We are frightening Hamas by Allah and reminding them that if they seek to please the Jews and Christians and to reassure the Arab and the western tyrants, by committing this crime then they are with them in the same trench against the Mujahedeen of al-Qaida, and that this endeavor no doubt would have bad consequences.

That is because Allah says:

• “Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) till you follow their religion”; and “And whoever kills a Believer (believers in the oneness of Allah) intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him”; and “whoever has retaliated with the like of that which he was made to suffer, and then has again been wronged, Allah will surely help him. Verily! Allah indeed is Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving”.

• We declare our loyalty to our oppressed brethren there, and our support and our solace for them in their plight, and we give them good news that Allah, the Great and Almighty, will bless that pure blood that have been poured out for the sake of raising the word of Allah high and for the implementation of the curriculum of the prophets and supporting monotheism. We invite them to hold steady and remain stable and continue to prepare for the Jihad against the Jews and to adhere to the commands of the leaders of Jihad and our truthful sheikhs and Islamic scholars in how to overcome this plight and how to deal with the incident.

We call upon Allah to accept the martyrs of the Ibn-Taimiah mosque and to grant them the highest paradise.

Please Allah! Make their blood a light for the people of Israa (the night journey when Prophet Muhammad was raised up to Heavens at night (Palestine)) and a seed for the tree of monotheism and Jihad in Baytul-Maqdes (AL-Quds).

Please Allah! Engage the true hearted ones of Hamas to support our brethren… Please Allah! Engage the true hearted ones of Hamas to support our brethren… Please Allah1 Make them to be darts in their quiver of arrows, and not arrows against their chests…!
