Today's News From Around The World Monday 5 February 2007
Position of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan on Moss Qalla: You all are well aware of the attacks in Moss Qalla of Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan last year, which made lives very difficult for the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military soldiers plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army soldiers, forcing them to use the area elders to make a peace treaty with Mujahideen.
Many messages were send to the Mujahideen by American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces through the area elders, finally Mujahideen decided to make a treaty with the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces, on conditions that the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army should immediately leave the area and give the power to the area elders and never to entry the area again.
The American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army agreed and left the area with in an week time and up to last week the power was in the hands of the elders of that area, but the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army broke the treaty with Mujahideen, by taking the power back from the area elders and bombarded the area, martyring many civilians and destroyed many homes.
Mujahideen told the elders to tell the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army to abide by the treaty and stop the barbaric attacks against the civilian population and if they do not, then Mujahideen are fully capable of retaliating against them. American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army have disrespected the elders, no longer will Mujahideen make such treaty with the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces and Afghan National Army.
If the Afghan people of that area come to the Mujahideen and requests that they should not be in the area, cause the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military plus NATO terrorists forces will bombard the area and kill their love ones and destroy their homes, then Mujahideen will pass that request to the higher Mujahideen commanders and see what the Shura suggests, causes Mujahideen do not want to see civilians feel any hardship from their side.

Environment Ministers Meet after Climate Warning Environment ministers of some 100 countries began meeting in Kenya on Monday to study whether booming global trade can be modified to help save the planet, days after the toughest warning yet that mankind is to blame for global warming. Governments are under pressure to act on the findings of the IPCC, the UN body assessing climate change, which forecast more storms, droughts, heat waves and rising sea levels "most likely" caused by burning fossil fuels and other activities. Achim Steiner -- head of the UN Environment Program (UNEP) which hosts the weeklong talks attended by nearly 100 nations -- said globalization was running down the world's resources while not delivering the benefits expected of it. Steiner added: But there are many examples of sustainable management, from the certification of resources like timber and fish to avoid illegal exploitation to "creative" financial mechanisms such as the rapidly expanding carbon market.
Capitalism Creates Global Warming The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), report issued today in Paris is a prime example of deliberate obfustication of the real source of global warming. "Most of the observed increase in globally averaged temperatures since the mid-20th century is very likely due to the observed increase in anthropogenic (human) greenhouse gas concentrations," it says. It is not people,"humanity", to blame for this, it is not a "man made" crisis , as if we as a society had consciously created this problem, it is the political economy of capitalism that has produced the climactic, environmental and ecological crisis we now face.
The Illusion Of Democracy USA On February 2/007 we hear that Exxon Mobil has surpassed their own record and reached $39 billion in Profits. Why is that relevant? Because on the same day we learn that the next presidential race in the US may result in candidates or their supporters spending upwards of a billion dollars to get elected. It speaks loudly to the fact that money interprets the Constitution any way it suits those who own it.
Scientists Offered Cash To Dispute Climate Study Letters sent by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), an ExxonMobil-funded thinktank with close links to the Bush administration, offered the payments for articles that emphasise the shortcomings of a report from the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

How AIPAC warps US policy - Walt and Mearsheimer in Action
You can’t really
understand what happened [in the war in Lebanon] if you don’t
understand the political power of pro-israel groups in the United
States. Our bottom line [is] that the influence of the israel lobby
has led to policies that are not in the US national interest, not in
the interest of other countries in the region, and ultimately not in
israel’s long term interest[.] [The US gives] about $3 billion [in]
economic and military assistance each year. That’s about $500 per
year, per israeli citizen despite the fact that israel is a relatively
wealthy industrial power.
That aid is largely unconditional.
It’s not linked to Israeli behavior.
It gets its aid when it builds settlements.
It gets its aid when it spies on US,
when it sells American high technology to countries like China,
or when it attacks civilians in the West Bank, Lebanon, or Gaza.

The bottom line here is that no other country gets the same level of
economic, military and diplomatic support [from the United States as
does Israel].

China aims to spend US$200bn of reserves China has begun taking specific steps to diversify its US$1 trillion worth of foreign exchange reserves. It plans a 1.5 trillion yuan bond issue to raise funds to buy out US$200 billion of its reserves, much of which will then be invested overseas. All of this entails a shake-up in the foreign reserve management regime. Some fear a shake-up for the Chinese stock market too, as the massive bond issue mops up liquidity.
US targets Malaysia in drive to sign Muslim countries to free trade agreement If the current FTA between Malaysia and US really fails to materialise, it is not surprising and just another instance of what happens when people in these countries read between the lines and draw conclusions from the economic and social messes they see elsewhere, despite the ‘luxury' of being in Bush's good books via an FTA. Taking their cue from these failures, FTAs are increasingly being regarded by many countries as Washington's economic analogue of a nuclear bomb.

Sheikh
Shariif sets conditions to release 11 US soldiers seized in Somalia
Somalia's routed Islamic leader Sheik Sharif Sheik
Ahmed and the US ambassador to Kenya, Michael Ranneberger, have come
to bidding over the release of 11 US occupation solder reportedly
captured by the Islamic force in southern Somalia. According to Al-Khaleej
news agency based in Emirates quoting DPA news agency reliable
diplomatic sources indicate that at least the two men have had four
rounds of talks over the American soldiers in the captivity of Islamic
force in southern jungles of the war-torn country, Somalia. Mr.
Ranneberger has asked the Islamic leader in the custody of Kenyan
authority to order the release the US occupation soldiers who were
seized during heavy ground skirmishes between the Somalia mujahiddeen
and the American soldiers accompanied by Ethiopian occupation troops.
Sources say the incident took place nearly three weeks ago in southern
Somalia. According to Al-Khaleej, Sheik Sharif stipulated the release
of the soldiers with several conditions. He said: "Ethiopian
soldiers in Somalia should be withdrawn immediately, America should
halt the military action in south the country, I should be transferred
from Kenya to another safe country (probably Yemen) and the United
States should tell the world that 11 of its marine soldiers were
seized in Somalia."
Sheik Sharif said if these conditions were fulfilled, they would facilitate the release of the American occupation soldiers, asserting he would always feel insecure and unsafe as long as he lingers in Kenya. Mr. Ranneberger, who was campaigning for the so call "African peacekeeping force" to Somalia, has always told the world press that moderate Islamic leader like Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed should be inclusive in the Somali so call "transitional government" that is now formally in control of the country with the help of the thousands of ethiopian occupation troops. In further development the American are once again claming the Islamic Courts of regrouping in other countries, blaming Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Eritrea, they have singled out Eritrea for "destabilizing" the region.

US Holocaust Commission And Holocaust Denial The US recently successfully put a Resolution to UN General Assembly rightly condemning Holocaust Denial. However the Resolution ignored huge non-Jewish Holocausts e.g. the US-driven Iraqi Holocaust and thus was Holocaust Ignoring, something even worse than Holocaust Denial because it is Passive Holocaust Denial that admits of no refutation – who does one refute something that has not even been asserted?
Five minutes to midnight: Climate change one reason the Bulletin moved Doomsday Clock hands The prospect of civilian nuclear power development in countries around the world raises further concerns about the availability of nuclear materials. Growth in nuclear power is anticipated to be especially high in Asia, where Japan is planning to bring on line five new plants by 2010 and China intends to build 30 nuclear reactors by 2020. Over the next five years, some two-dozen nuclear power plants are scheduled to be refurbished or rebuilt worldwide, and countries as diverse as Nigeria, Poland and Vietnam have expressed interest in nuclear energy. In November 2006, the IAEA announced that four Middle Eastern nations — Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Saudi Arabia — had declared their intentions to embark on nuclear energy programs.

US makes grab to control Iraqi oil: New "hydrocarbon" law rushed through to give US oil companies control of Iraq's oil production After listening to the monotonous and incredible US lies for four years about, "We are not there for Iraq's oil," the oil truth is now unfolding. Without a decisive military victory, the US occupation of Iraq seems to be about to grab its oil prize by establishing a new sharing arrangement between a major national producer and the multi-national giants, an arrangement that Washington plans to set as the model to be followed both by the oil-rich region and the world at large.

Are You The Terrorist Next Door I was an ordinary American until November 27, 2006 when I became a terrorist or more accurately what I call a “stand-by terrorist.” Perhaps I cannot truly own this newfound nickname until the government decides to prosecute me for word crimes, if that day ever arrives. Until then, I just think of myself as being on stand-by, just as are most--if not all--Americans, whether they realize it or not.

Who runs Germany? The intersection of politics and business interests The fusion of business and political interests in Germany has been considerably expanded in recent years through a worked-out system of lobbying, which provides big business direct access to the centers of political power. The number of such lobbyists has literally exploded within the past few years. According to broadcaster Joachim Wagner, writing in Die Zeit in 2003, these lobbyists have more influence “than ever before in the history of the Federal Republic.” Virtually all of Germany’s 30 biggest companies represented on the German share index DAX have lobbying offices in Berlin.

Putin vows
'effective' response to U.S. missile plans Russian
President Vladimir Putin today vowed Russia will come up with a
"highly effective" response to U.S. plans to set up an anti-missile
defense system in Europe. Russia already has a missile, the Topol-M,
that can penetrate the planned U.S. missile shield, but Putin said
Russia is also developing a "completely new system of strategic
weapons." Russia has strongly criticized the planned
antimissile-defense system, which the U.S. says will guard against
attacks from Iran and North Korea. Meanwhile in Kyiv, Ukraine's
defense minister said today that the United States would not be
allowed to deploy a missile-defense system in Ukraine. Anatoliy
Grytsenko said Ukrainian officials had not spoken with U.S. officials
about such a deployment. On January 29, the deputy director of the
U.S. Missile Defense Agency said the United States had held meetings
with Ukraine on its possible involvement with a U.S. missile-defense
system in Eastern Europe. Last month, Czech Prime Minister Mirek
Topolanek said Washington had officially asked Prague to start
negotiations on hosting a radar tracking system that would be part of
the missile-defense system U.S. officials have also been negotiating
with Poland.

Russian President

the oil cartel OPEC with Iran and possibly other producers was "an
interesting idea." "A gas OPEC is an interesting idea. We're going to

activities on the markets of these countries. We don't want to create
some kind of cartel but it would be right to coordinate our
activities, bearing in mind the decision of the main problem -- secure
and reliable supply of energy resources to the main consumers."

Scouring Scum and Tar from the Bottom of the Pit Faced with the undeniable reality of “Hubbard’s Peak” in global conventional oil supplies, the world’s largest multinational energy corporations are now hell-bent on squeezing oil out of tar in northern Alberta, like junkies desperately conniving for one last giant fix in a futile attempt to quench America’s insatiable “addiction to oil” (described so eloquently by President George Bush II). Along the Athabasca River near Fort McMurray, a sub-arctic town almost 1,000 kilometres north of the U.S. border, tar literally seeps out of the riverbanks where Aboriginal peoples once used it to patch their birch-bark canoes.

American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military troops in Iraq, Afghan wars lack equipment: poll A lack of armored vehicles, weapons and other equipment is hampering missions of American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Pentagon's watchdog agency said in a survey. Equipment shortages have been a near-constant issue since the American Christian kafir terrorists-led invasions of Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003,with some soldiers using improvised armor to protect vehicles from rocket-propelled grenades and high-velocity rounds. "Service members were not always equipped to effectively complete their missions," said a summary of the survey, based on interviews last year with some 1,100 troops by the Department of Defense's inspector-general.

Amir Abdullah- “We wish to be sure, that you have not forgotten us” In the appeal of commander Abdullah is told: "We always were, is and we shall be on the side of Chechen people, which is suffering under oppression of Russian invaders. During this struggle many of us, as well as among our Chechen brothers, became Shaheeds (Insha'Allah). More recently Amir Abu Hafs was lost, and now he receives destiny at his Lord. However, despite of heavy losses, despite of the spilled blood and the suffered victims, our peoples continue this sacred struggle.

Informative.. listen to it The History of Western Complicity in Iraq, From Churchill to Kennedy to George W. Bush" Well, it was formed out of the collapsing Ottoman Empire at the end of World War I. The British and the French went in to kind of divide up much of the Ottoman Empire. And the British took essentially what is Iraq today. It was three provinces of the Ottoman Empire, and they put them together around 1920, ’21, into one country, which became known as Iraq. These were peoples who had lived under the Ottoman Empire, but they had never been put together into one state, sort of living side-by-side politically and administratively. And it was a recipe for disaster. The British were warned about it at the time, but the reason they wanted to put these people -- the Shiites, the Sunnis, and particularly the Kurds -- in one place is the British wanted the petroleum, particularly the petroleum that the Kurds had. Kurdistan is a major petroleum area. They suspected -- they weren't pumping petroleum at the time, but they knew that it was there, and the British wanted that. And they also wanted bases, too, in that part of the world, to protect their Persia, which was an important part of the British Empire, and India. So bases there became very important for them, too. So you had two things: petroleum and military bases, which are basically exactly the same motives, I think, that are keeping the United States in that part of the world today.
One million people embraced Islam in the past decade An official of Al Azhar University in Egypt said, despite the west’s negative propaganda against Islam, the wave of Islamism in the world has strongly increased in the past 10 years, in a way that more than a million people in the west have embraced Islam in this period of time. Head of Egypt’s Al Azhar University Sheikh Mohammad Tantawi announced that each year a large number of non- Muslims with different nationalities come to the university‘s Islamic committee and officially declare their conversion to Islam. He added, this year around 731 people from 84 countries including the US have come to this committee to convert to Islam. This shows the failure of the west’s propaganda against Islam. These individuals with full satisfaction and familiarity with the Holy Quran and Islam’s teachings, become Muslims and in some cases their acquaintance with Islam’s teachings is only through studying Islamic books without having had any contact with Muslims. Based on Egypt based Al Azhar University’s statistics, 1.2 million people have embraced Islam in the past 10 years the majority of whom are Europeans and Americans, and Latin American, East Asian and African countries come next. After the 9/11 events and following the west’s negative propaganda against Islam, tendency toward this religion fell, but after that, especially in the past 3 years, the wave of Islamism has shown a considerable growth.
UN Warns about Outbreak of Water War in Middle East United Nations experts by announcing that the per capita production of water in the Middle East will decrease to half by the year 2025 warned about the possible outbreak of political conflicts and military confrontations as a result of a water crisis in the region. Walid Saleh the regional UN Coordinator for Middle East and North African affairs referred to scarcity of water resources as one of the permanent and problematic issues in the region and warned about the possible outbreak of political conflicts and military confrontations as a result of a water crisis in the region. He said the Middle East and North Africa is the driest region in the world, a region that has 5% of the world's population but only 1% of the world's water resources. Saleh said the per capita production of water in the region is 1200 cubic meters a day and this is while the world per capita production of water is around 7 thousand cubic meters a year. Saleh said the lack of water in the region is the major cause for the region's underdevelopment adding that as a result of this issue there is no sufficient capacity for a considerable growth of the agriculture and industries in the region. He said that leaving aside Iraq, which is watered by the two great rivers, the Tigris and the Euphrates, Iran has more water than other regional countries adding that the per capita production of water in Iran is 1800 cubic meters a year. Yemen, Jordan and Palestine with less than 200 cubic meters of per capita production are the driest countries in the region.
World Population on the Rise According to the United Nations, the world population has officially reached 6.5 billion on Monday. In fact, 365,000 infants are born worldwide in every 24 hours and 115,000 people die during the same period. In total, the world population rises by 210,000 per day. Although this is an astounding figure, the world population growth rate is slower than predicted. This is due to an aging population and an intense drop in the international birthrate. The world population is expected to rise to seven billion by the year 2012.
More crimes in Scotland than any other part of the world The world health organization announced recently that the rate of crime in Scotland is more than other developed countries of the world. Studies conducted by the WHO show that the Scottish are 3 times more in danger of being murdered than the English and the residents of Wales. According to WHO, the rate of murder in Scotland is 2.33 in every 1000 people, this is while this percentage is only 0.07 % in England and Wales. The crime rates in other European countries are, Spain 1.02%, Italy 0.96%, France 0.85% and Germany 0.65%. Violence in these countries is much less than the other 21 European countries. According to a UN report, more than 2 thousand people are attacked each week in Scotland and this country is among the most violent developed regions in the world. The research also concludes that the Scots are 3 times more at risk than Americans of being the subject of violence. This is while Scottish police and political forces do not verify these statistics.
Only 50% of violent crimes in
the US are reported to police The US government
recently reported of the reduction of the crime rate in that country
while it is said that only 50 % of crimes that take place in the
country are reported to the police and US officials. The Us statistics
office presenting a list of 5.2 million crimes including rape, robbery
or attack on citizens, and around 19 million robberies, announced that
the rate of violent crimes between 1993 and 2004 has decreased.
However, this report points out that only 50 % of violent crimes and
39 % of robberies have been reported to police in 2004. It is said
that only 36% of rapes and 45% of normal attacks on civilians have
been reported to police, and the number of car robberies reported to
police has been the highest case of crimes reported to police.
China, the aspiring scientific superpower "The center of gravity of innovation has started moving from the West to the East," the newly released report by the London-based Demos, "The Atlas of Ideas: Mapping the New Geography of Science", says. It goes on to warn that the pre-eminence of the United States and Europe in scientific innovation can no longer be taken for granted. The Demos report is not the first to pinpoint China's efforts at reviving its scientific capabilities. A recent study by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) claimed that in 2006 China had overtaken Japan as the world's third-largest spender on research and development (R&D) after the United States and the European Union, spending a total of US$136 billion.
Why Were Government Propaganda Experts Working On News At CNN? What makes the CNN story especially troubling is the fact that the network allowed the Army's covert propagandists to work in its headquarters, where they learned the ins and outs of CNN's operations. Even if the PSYOPS officers working in the newsroom did not influence news reporting, did the network allow the military to conduct an intelligence-gathering mission against CNN itself? For instance, one PSYOPS officer worked in CNN's satellite division. According to Intelligence Newsletter, rear admiral Thomas Steffens, a psychological warfare expert in the Special Operations Command, recently told a PSYOPS conference that the military needed to find ways to "gain control" over commercial news satellites to help bring down an "informational cone of silence" over regions where special operations were taking place.
India sets sights on cruise missile market Long considered among the top importing nations for defense hardware, India is now looking to access the fast-growing international market for cruise missiles, considered a lethally efficient weapon. US forces used almost 1,000 such missiles when they first entered Iraq in 2003, and the total worldwide market is expected to be more than US$10 billion in the next decade. An inventory of more than 80,000 such missiles is estimated already to exist around the world.
Support the troops or support the war? In Afghanistan, it might be difficult to do both Gagetown, New Brunswick- When some 2,500 people braved snow and ice to form a massive Canadian flag at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown as a part of an emotional farewell to soldiers departing for Afghanistan, it seemed like patriotism at its best. There was only one problem: many attendees were forced to participate in the rally.
Human rights in Chechnya monstrous Chechnya continues to be plagued by abductions, torture, killings and other violations, a think tank said in a report published Monday, calling the scale of human rights violations there monstrous.
IHK rural areas suffer want of medical facility In occupied Kashmir, lack of doctors, paramedics, dispensaries and medicines speak volumes about the absence of health infrastructure in the occupied territory.
Revelation of custodial killing unnerves puppet regime In occupied Kashmir, the revelation of the killing in custody of yet another Kashmiri youth has unnerved the occupation authorities.
Bolivia's Morales: 'This little Indian won't be leaving office' This strong support is in large part due to the progress made on one of Morales's key election promises -- the nationalisation of hydrocarbons. Having overthrown two presidents in their struggle to regain control over their natural resources, particularly gas, over 90% of Bolivians approved when Morales sent the military into the gas fields on May 1 to return control of hydrocarbons to the state. Six months later after intense negotiations, which resulted in the resignation of hardline pro- nationalisation hydrocarbons minister Andres Soliz Rada and a war of words between the Bolivian government and Brazil's state oil company Petrobras, 44 new contracts were signed. The new rules meant that the state gained control over hydrocarbons, from below the ground through to the end of the industrialisation phase, and the corporations were to become service providers. The state would receive 82% of the revenue, which the corporations previously took for themselves.
HRW- US should cut off cluster-bomb sales to Israel Preliminary US government findings that Israel violated agreements with the United States by its use of cluster munitions in Lebanon last summer should lead to an immediate cutoff of all US cluster munitions sales to Israel, Human Rights Watch said today. The Bush administration is expected to report to Congress today on a State Department investigation into the use of US-made cluster munitions by Israel. Demining groups estimate that Israel used cluster munitions containing some 2.6 to 4 million submunitions in Lebanon, the majority of which were produced in the United States. Israel's use of cluster munitions was the most extensive anywhere in the world since the 1991 Gulf War.
Peter MacKay in Israel and Palestine: What Canada's Foreign Minister did not see or discuss during his visit When Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay visited Israel this week, it was these "little things" that he missed--like the more than 530 fixed checkpoints and roadblocks identified in a joint UN-IDF count in the occupied West Bank. These obstacles make simple travel between neighbouring Palestinian villages often impossible, particularly when added to the more than 7,000 "flying checkpoints" that spring up at the whim of the Israeli army, anywhere and at anytime. As the Economist pointed out, "arbitrariness is one of the most crippling features of these rules."
Iran, Israel, The Big Lie and The Real Threat The major rationale for Israel’s existence is the holocaust, the rabid persecution of European Jews by the Nazis in world war two. Perpetuation of the memory of this dreadful history has become the most powerful religious movement in the modern world, accorded the status of theocratic faith, not to be questioned by any, and to be ritually worshipped by all. This has led to intellectual pogroms in Europe where those who dare to question any parts of the holocaust story are charged with heresy and imprisoned. Revenge is not only visited on the Palestinian people, who had nothing to do with any part of it, but on Europeans who audaciously use supposed democratic liberties in order to freely question history.
Confronting the Climate Change Crisis
This
month, we’ve been treated to the bizarre spectacle of George Bush and
Stephen Harper each declaring their deep concern about "the serious
challenge of global climate change." The U.S. president and Canada’s
prime minister, both long-time opponents of any action to limit
greenhouse gases, now want us to believe that saving the environment
has become a top priority of their governments. Truly, the hypocrisy
of capitalist politicians knows no bounds!
SARAH OLSON, THE PENTAGON, AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT "Doesn’t it fly in the face of the First Amendment to compel a journalist to participate in a government prosecution against a source, particularly in matters related to personal political speech? It is my job as a professional journalist to report the news, not to act as the eyes and ears of the government. I am repelled by this approach that jeopardizes my credibility and seeks to compel my participation in muting public speech and dissenting personal opinion. Further, it is stunningly ironic that the Army seeks my testimony – the testimony of a journalist – in a case against free speech itself. What could be more hostile to the idea of a free press than a journalist participating in the suppression of newsworthy speech?"
Investigators: Millions in
Iraq Aid Wasted Investigators say that the U.S.
government wasted tens of millions of dollars in Iraq reconstruction
aid, including scores of unaccounted-for weapons and a never-used camp
for housing police trainers with an Olympic-size swimming pool. The
quarterly audit by Stuart Bowen Jr., the special inspector general for
Iraq reconstruction, is the latest to paint a grim picture of waste,
fraud and frustration in an Iraq war and reconstruction effort that
has cost taxpayers more than $300 billion. The audit comes as
President Bush is pressing Congress to approve $1.2 billion in new
reconstruction aid as part of his broader plan to what he calls
stabilize Iraq by sending 21,500 more U.S. troops to Baghdad and Anbar
province.
Russia Criticizes US Sanctions against Russia’s Arms Companies The Russian government condemned the US sanctions on Russian arms companies as illegal. Secretary of the Russian National Security Council Igor Ivanov speaking at a press conference said that Russia’s arms exports are only for defensive purposes, adding, these weapons do not pose any threat to neighbors and will not lead to the instability of the region. Ivanov added: If the measures by Russian companies violate specific laws inside the United States Washington has no right to im
