American Christian kafir terrorists exposed
Mullah Obaidullah is a free man living
currently in Afghanistan
The Taliban on Friday
rejected as baseless reports of arrest of their defense minister and a
key aide to Ameer al-Mu`mineen Mullah Omar Mujahid.
Qari Yousuf Ahmadi, Taliban spokesman , said the former defense
minister Mullah Obaidullah was a free man living currently in
Afghanistan and not in Pakistan, where he was reported to have been
captured.
I have contacted him and he is free and in good health, said Ahmadi,
terming reports of his arrest as absolutely false.
Mullah Obaidullah is considered to be an important military leader for
the Taliban movement. He is a member of the 10-strong leadership
council of the group.
Pakistani media quoted anonymous officials there as saying that
Obaidullah was among the five senior Taliban officials arrested in
Quetta city of Balochistan province on Monday.
Ahmadi, also said those detained in Quetta were ordinary Afghans and
that none of them was a Taliban member.
Al-Qaeda Ready to take on the world
Notes Theunjustmedia does not support the idea presented by Mr. Syed Saleem Shahzad the writer of Al-Qaeda ready to take the world, that Taliban have made a deal with Pakistan or vice versa. Taliban are a Afghanistan Islamic movement, trying to implement Islamic laws to govern its citizens.
This situation benefits Pakistan, cause Pakistan wants to see a Islamic ruled Afghanistan for its geopolitical benefits. Point is, if Pakistan did not want to have a Islamic government in Afghanistan, the Taliban movement would still continuing, cause its a movement which is independent of Pakistan or Pakistan government policies.
If Pakistan and the Taliban do make a deal, it would be a deal where Taliban would never compromise in ways which would hinder them from achieving their goals.
To say that the Taliban and Al-Qaeda are going in different directions is incorrect, Taliban objectives are national and Al-Qaeda objectives are international, but the objectives are the same, You would never meet a Taliban who does not respect Al-Qaeda Mujahideen.
We should never forget the fact, that Al-Qaeda established it self first in Afghanistan, its Mujahideen have been there for three decades, its the place they call home and it will remain that way, cause there is no country in the world that can ever claim to do what Afghanistan did for one man named Sheikh Osama bin laden.
American asked Taliban to give Sheikh Osama bin laden or face the America military wrath. America the world Super Power as it claims asking a country, which has been decimated by wars, one of the poorest countries in the world, but still the Taliban leader Ameer al-Mu`mineen Mullah Omar Mujahid rejected that offer of Americans, we rather go to war then give you are guess Sheikh Osama bin laden.
Where in history do you find this kind of bravery and sacrifices being made by a whole nation for defending one man. Afghanistan loves the Ansar Mujahideen and never will they betrayed them, if it means giving up everything they got, its called loyalty and the west underestimated Afghan Mujahideen and now they have to face the consequences of their ignorance.
Part 1 ... al-Qaeda will this year significantly step up its global operations after centralizing its leadership and reviving its financial lifelines Crucially, al-Qaeda has developed missile and rocket technology with the capability of carrying chemical, biological and nuclear warheads, according to an al-Qaeda insider.
Part 2 ... al-Qaeda is so powerful in Saudi Arabia that the monarchy had no choice but to strike a deal. Similarly, it was al-Qaeda's choice, he said, that it concentrate this year on Iraq The way that al-Qaeda sees it, it will consolidate in Iraq to the extent that it and the "coalition of the willing" have their respective and identified occupied areas from which to fight each other. The Saudi front is thus only deferred until al-Qaeda gains sufficient ground in Iraq. The "arrangement" between al-Qaeda and the Saudis reveals a diplomatic double-step by Saudi Arabia, which Washington considers an important ally in the "war on terror" and in helping establish a Sunni front against rising Shi'ite power in the region, led by Iran. Al-Qaeda uses Maaskar al-Battar in Saudi Arabia to train youths in guerrilla warfare, including the use of SA-7 surface-to-air missiles. Research is also conducted at the camp, as well as in Afghanistan. This includes work on "Abeer" rockets to carry nuclear or chemical weapons. Last October, the insurgent group Islamic Army in Iraq claimed to have successfully built and tested a rocket with a range of 120 kilometers. It was named Abeer after the 14-year-old Iraqi girl raped and killed by a US soldier who last month received a jail sentence of 100 years.
Part 3 ... a manual called Muswatul Jihad al-Afghani (The Encyclopedia of Jihad) has 11 volumes and is authored by Abdul Hadi al-Iraqi It is a good reflection of al-Qaeda's tactical ideas and deals with chemical weapons and explosives and their application, such as planting them on bridges and at strategic installations to get optimum results. It is intended to equip international operations with clear tactical ideas on how upcoming battles should be fought. The encyclopedia is available in jihadist circles in book form as well as on compact discs. It was written in Arabic and translated into Pashto, Urdu and English.
US senators urge pressure on Musharraf over Al-Qaeda Members of the Senate Thursday urged the Bush administration to consider ways of taking military action against al-Qaeda camps in Pakistan if President Pervez Musharraf is incapable of acting on his own. Democratic and Republican lawmakers on the Senate Armed Services Committee pressed Defence Department officials to clarify whether international law would allow U.S. forces in Afghanistan to strike in areas of Pakistan where U.S. intelligence says al-Qaeda is rebuilding. Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama suggested the United States could act under the same legal argument used to justify the 2001 American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military-led invasion that toppled Taliban rule in Afghanistan after the Sept. 11 attacks.
U.S. pressure could destabilize Pakistan: Ambassador Durrani U.S. pressure, including congressional threats to cut or put conditions on billions of dollars in aid, could destabilize Pakistan and maybe even bring down President Pervez Musharraf, Islamabad's envoy to Washington said Thursday. In an interview with Reuters, Ambassador Mahmud Ali Durrani expressed concern that anti-Mujahideen cooperation among the United States, Afghanistan and Pakistan was eroding and rejected what he said were attempts to unfairly blame Islamabad for an upsurge in cross-border violence. Tampering with U.S. aid levels will fan anti-Americanism, strengthen the extreme right and Taliban supporters, be counterproductive, and “create problems for Musharraf to be able to continue the way he is,” Durrani said. Asked if it might trigger Musharraf's ouster, he replied: “I don't know. Possibly it could bring him down. It could destabilize the whole country…cause mega-problems there. That is possible”.
American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military claming that senior leadership council of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan operates from Pakistan is untrue American Christian kafir terrorists occupation military claming that senior leadership council of Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is operating from Pakistan which were published is untrue. Mirwaiz urges India
to start demilitarization In occupied Kashmir,
Worshippers of idols Indian army terrorists soldiers
in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred two more Kashmiri
youth in Rajouri. The troops shot them dead in a fake encounter in
Mohra Daraj area of the district, last night. Addressing Juma
congregation in the Jamia Mosque Srinagar, today, the APHC Chairman,
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq urged India to pull out its troops from occupied
Kashmir, realizing that use of force had failed to suppress Kashmiris’
struggle. He said that the dialogue process to resolve the Kashmir
dispute had entered into a crucial phase.
Protesters clash with Worshippers of idols Indian police in Budgam: 15 cops injured, several protesters arrested In occupied Kashmir, forceful protest demonstrations were held at Chuan village in Budgam against killing of a 50-year-old man by Indian armed agents. The agitated protesters clashed with the Indian police, leaving 15 cops, including the Station House Officer (SHO) Budgam, injured. The clash occurred after the demonstrators refused to bury the dead body. The body of Sona Najar son of Abdullah of Mujepathri village was recovered from a nullah. The villagers carried the body in the form of a procession in a vehicle and tried to march towards Srinagar. They shouted full-throated anti-India and pro-liberation slogans. The Indian police tried unsuccessfully to stop the procession at Bagroo Kremshar, triggering a clash. The protesters moved on and were again confronted by police at village Chuan where the police fired several tear smoke shells and baton charged the demonstrators. More people joined the protests and attacked the cops with bricks and stones damaging 10 police vehicles and injuring 15 cops including SHO Budgam. The police also arrested many demonstrators.
Worshippers of idols Indian terrorists army’s hand behind Doodipora civilians killings exposed In occupied Kashmir, fourteen eye-witnesses have given their deposition before the inquiry officer over the past two days in the probe into the killing of four persons, including three students, by Worshippers of idols Indian army terrorists soldiers in Doodipora area of Handwara last year. The witnesses charged the Worshippers of idols Indian army terrorists soldiers with opening unprovoked fire on children and youth playing cricket in the local field. The Doodipora killings, which took place on February 22 last year, sparked off massive protests all over the occupied valley. The investigating committee recorded the statements of 8 persons who are eyewitnesses to the incident. The army detachment that opened fire was led by a captain — the same officer who had harassed and persecuted Doodipora residents at every level during his tenure of duty in the area. The officer was notorious for unwarranted victimization of villagers. The witnesses also told the inquiry officer that they had been pressurized in several ways to prevent them from giving evidence, and just two months ago six of their relatives were arrested to keep them (the witnesses) from testifying. The relatives were later released when the witnesses remained firm on their decision to depose.
Seventeen years of turmoil has not only ruined the Jammu Kashmir economically but, has turned the valley in to the land of widows and orphans. It is matter of fact that that in state there are more than twenty-five thousand orphans (25,000) and approximately six thousand 6000 widows in state but Central and State government are un aware of this amazing and horrifying fact and they only have data of arms and ammunition recovered or militants gun down by security forces during search operations.
Canadian Ambassasdor to Guatemala spreads misinformation about mining issues Multiple sources, including Guatemalan church leaders, have now attested that ambassador Cook has been engaging an active campaign of disinformation to discredit what Schnoor has brought to light in his recent work, which examines the conduct of Canadian mining companies operating in Central America, and traces complicity in human rights violations by such companies.
Three years later: Canada must be held accountable for Haiti
coup “Canada has made a significant contribution
to stability in Haiti,” noted George W. Bush, in remarks to the media
after meeting with Prime Minister Stephen Harper in July 2006 (1).
Three years after Canada helped lead a coup d'état against the
democratically elected government of Haiti, almost no one in Ottawa
has been held accountable for this crime against the sovereignty of
the hemisphere’s poorest nation.
What, Exactly, Are We Dying For? I think it was after my first firefight in Iraq, I've forgotten the exact time and date but it was after midnight one day in April 2004, that I first asked myself, “What, exactly, did we almost die for?” It seemed to me at the time that there was never a plan. What was our mission exactly? What was our goal? What, exactly, were we there to accomplish? Why were soldiers dying?
US missile shield
would include Caucasus-based radar US plans to
extend a missile defence system into Europe, which have been met with
hostility by Russia, include a radar system based in the Caucasus, the
head of the US missile agency said Thursday. The "forward deployable
radar" would provide an "early acquisition track" on any hostile
missile for a bigger radar system based in the Czech Republic, US Air
Force Lieutenant General Henry Obering said. "It's a transportable
radar, it's something that you can set up in a matter of days, very,
very fast. We have time to work out where that location could be," he
told reporters at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
When asked which country in the volatile Caucasus region might be
willing to host the site, he said: "I am not at liberty to talk about
that in any length ... suffice to say that we would like to place a
radar in that region." Obering, who met with Russian officials here
during two days of talks, played down any potential risk this mobile
radar could pose to Russia. "That radar would be oriented into Iran.
We can't turn it around to look into Russia, and even if we can, it
can't see far enough to be able to establish a track on a Russian
missile," he said. The United States announced in January it had begun
negotiations with Poland and the Czech Republic to install a radar and
10 missile interceptors, prompting strong objections from neighbouring
Russia and an outcry in Europe.
China demands US to
cancel planned missile sale to Taiwan China demanded
the United States to scrap a planned sale of hundreds of missiles to
Taiwan, warning the deal would harm regional stability and bilateral
ties. 'We solemnly demand the leader of the United States immediately
cancel this weapons sale (and) avoid harming the peace and stability
of the Taiwan Straits and Sino-US relations,' foreign ministry
spokesman Qin Gang said. 'The Chinese side expresses its strong
dissatisfaction and resolute opposition to this. We have raised solemn
representations with the US side.' The US Department of Defense this
week notified Congress that it plans to sell Taiwan 421 million USD
worth of missiles, which would help boost the island's defenses
against mainland China.
'The proposed sale will help improve the security of the recipient and
assist in maintaining political stability, military balance, and
economic progress in the region,' the US Defense Security Cooperation
Agency said. Acquisition of 218 Advanced Medium Range air-to-air
missiles and 235 Maverick missiles would help Taiwan 'modernize its
armed forces and enhance its defense ability to counter air and ground
threats,' it said. Qin said the sale would violate US commitments to a
'one-China policy,' which maintains that there is only one China, with
Beijing as its capital.
By selling weapons to Taiwan, Washington would also be violating its
promise to gradually reduce sales to the island territory, he said.
China considers Taiwan a part of its territory to be reunified by
force if necessary. The US is committed to providing Taiwan with
defensive weaponry in accordance with the Taiwan Relations Act, a US
law passed when it switched its political recognition from Taipei to
Beijing in 1979.
The Pentagon’s Power to Arrest, Torture, and Execute
Americans
Everyone needs to
understand the nature of this power and its enormous significance.
Historically, the U.S. military has lacked the power to arrest,
incarcerate, or inflict harm on American civilians. If Americans
committed a federal crime, they were subject to being indicted by a
federal grand jury and then prosecuted in U.S. District Court. The
Bill of Rights guaranteed that the accused would be accorded certain
rights of due process of law, such as the right to defend himself with
the assistance of an attorney, to confront the witnesses whose
testimony the prosecutors were relying on, to summon witnesses in his
behalf, to remain silent, and to have a trial by jury. Everyone was
presumed to be innocent and the government had to prove the
defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Those constitutional protections and guarantees were upended on 9/11,
without even the semblance of a constitutional amendment. On 9/11 the
president and the Pentagon assumed to themselves the power to take any
American into custody and inflict violence on him, without according
him any of the protections provided by the Bill of Rights.
National ID Card Rules Unveiled
Homeland Security
officials released long-delayed guidelines that turn state-issued
identification cards into de facto internal passports Thursday,
estimating the changes will cost states and individuals $23 billion
over 10 years. The move prompted a new round of protest from civil
libertarians and security experts, who called on Congress to repeal
the 2005 law known as the Real ID Act that mandates the changes.
Critics, such as American Civil Liberties Union attorney Tim Sparapani,
charge that the bill increases government access to data on Americans
and amplifies the risk of identity theft, without providing
significant security benefits.
Israelis at Abu Ghraib?
Shortly after the
tales of prisoner abuse gained widespread public notice, an unlikely
news source, the right-wing NewsMax, broke a remarkable angle: Israeli
agents appear to have participated in -- and may even have directed --
the Abu Ghraib abuses.
What the hell were Israelis doing in that place?
It was explained that the Israelis involved have been assigned as
"civilian contractors" to work with Coalition forces in interrogating
Iraqi POWs.
The "contractors" are said to be veterans of Israel's domestic
intelligence unit, Shin Bet, as well as the more famous international
intelligence agency, the Mossad.
"Who has better experience in dealing with the Arabs than Israel?" one
source asked.
It was explained that several of the "interrogation" techniques used
by U.S. forces in Iraq have in fact been used by Israel "for years."
The killing of two East
Timorese protestors
by the Australian Christian kafir terrorist military on February 23 at
a refugee camp near the Dili airport points to the real motivation
behind the Howard government’s East Timor intervention
Australian Christian kafir terrorist troops shot and killed Jacinto
Soares, 32, on the spot. Atoy Dasy, 36, died in hospital the next day.
A third man, 40-year-old Geraldo Martins, remains in a critical
condition in hospital. The director of Dili Guido Valadares hospital,
Antonio Caleres, told the news agency Adnkronos International (AKI)
that Jacinto was shot in the head and Atoy in the chest. Shots to the
head and chest are intended to kill.
The three men were among
a crowd of protestors throwing rocks and other objects at
Australian
Christian kafir terrorist troops
and UN Christian terrorist police outside the Internally Displaced
People (ISP) camp adjacent to the airport. The East Timorese
government and international security forces have been trying to evict
the 8,000 terrified and defiant residents, who have nowhere else to
live. The very fact that tens of thousands of
refugees in Dili are still living in these squalid conditions makes a
mockery of the Howard government’s claim that it sent troops to East
Timor to help the people. The real purpose of last year’s military
intervention was to secure the interests of Australian imperialism for
resources and regional influence, against its rivals, especially
Portugal and China, and to suppress all local opposition to its
agenda. The killings underscore the increasingly brutal character of
this operation.
Iran raising wall along
border with Pakistan Iran has started building a
concrete wall along its border with Pakistan, from Taftan to Mand, to
stop illegal border crossings. According to reports received here, the
wall will be built from near the border town of Taftan, about 700km
west of Quetta. "The Iranian Shia kafir authorities started work on
the wall about a month ago," according to Barkat Ali Khan, a Pakistani
border town administration official. "The concrete wall will be 10
feet high and 3 feet wide," he said, adding that hundreds of workers
could be seen building the wall. He said that the Iranian Shia kafir
authorities appeared to be in a hurry to complete the project. "I
think they want to seal the border with Pakistan to stop illegal
crossings from both sides and check drug smuggling," Mr Barkat said,
adding that the wall would be up to the Mand area in the Turbat
district of Balochistan. Pakistan and Iran already fenced their border
at different points a long time ago.

Sheikh Osama bin Laden is alive, says Taliban leader (There are some people who think that sheikh Osama is dead and some people believe he works for the CIA, while some people believe he was trained by CIA to fight the Russian communist in Afghanistan, well they are all wrong, all these things that these people believe, are as much of a truth as the holocaust was) ........Sheikh Osama bin Laden is alive and is in contact with leaders of Afghanistan's Taliban Mujahideen, a senior Taliban commander said in an interview aired on British television. Mullah Dadullah said he had not met Sheikh Osama bin Laden since the fall of the Taliban regime after the American Christian kafir terrorists occupation army-led invasion of Afghanistan in2001.
``Only
his comrades see him; we exchange messages with each other to share
plans,'' Dadullah said in an interview broadcast by a British network.
``We also go to the battlefield together. We actually meet very
rarely, just for important consultations. It's hard for anyone to meet
Bin Laden himself now, but we know he's still alive.
``He's not yet martyred. Such information would be easy to get, his
comrades stand shoulder to shoulder with us. They keep us informed,''
said Dadullah, commander of Taliban operations in eastern and
southeastern Afghanistan and a trusted associate of Taliban leader
Mullah Omar.

This Spring America's Target Is Not Iran But Pakistan America knows full well that she will not be able to crush the Pushtun resistance and that Musharraf may not survive. But the US has no choice-it is make or break for the US in Afghanistan and the calculus of Musharraf survival is irrelevant. America's tactical goal is to degrade the resistance in Afghanistan and confine it to a small area until next spring. By then the Bush administration hopes that situation in Iraq would have stabilised and there would be more US troops to confront the Pushtun resistance in Afghanistan 2008. But the reality may turn out to be entirely different- instead of the Pushtun resistance the Caliphate could be waiting for America.
The Khyber Impasse: The Case for Withdrawal from Afghanistan At the beginning of this war Mrs Bush and Mrs Blair appeared on numerous TV and radio shows claiming that the aim of the war was to liberate Afghan women. Try repeating that today and the women will spit in your face. Who is responsible for this disaster? Why is the country still subjugated? What are Washington's strategic goals in the region? What is the function of NATO? And how long can any country remain occupied against the will of a majority of its people? Few tears were shed in Afghanistan and elsewhere when the Taliban fell, the hopes aroused by Western demagogy did not last too long. It soon became clear that the new transplanted elite would cream off a bulk of the foreign aid and create its own criminal networks of graft and patronage. The people suffered. A mud cottage with a thatched roof to house a family of homeless refugees costs fewer than five thousand dollars. How many have been built? Hardly any.

Jewish Professor Boasts of Jewish Pornography used as a Weapon
Against Gentiles to destroy Christianity
A story little told is
that of Jews in Hollywood’s seedier cousin, the adult film industry.
Perhaps we’d prefer that the ‘triple exthnics’ didn’t exist, but
there’s no getting away from the fact that secular Jews played (and
still continue to play) a disproportionate role throughout the adult
film industry in America. Jewish involvement in pornography has a long
history in the United States, as Jews have helped transform a fringe
subculture into what has become a primary constituent of Americana.
These are the ‘true blue’ Jews. Jewish activity in the porn industry
divides into two (sometimes overlapping) groups: pornographers and
performers. Though Jews make up only two per cent of the American
population, they have been prominent in pornography. In the postwar
era, America’s most notorious pornographer was Reuben Sturman, the
‘Walt Disney of Porn’. According to the US Department of Justice,
throughout the 1970s Sturman controlled most of the pornography
circulating in the country. … It was said that Sturman did not simply
control the adult-entertainment industry; he was the industry. Many
are entirely secular, Jews in name only. Sturman, however, identified
as a Jew - he was a generous donator to Jewish charities.
Is there a deeper
reason, beyond the mere financial, as to why Jews in particular have
become involved in porn?… Al Goldstein, the publisher of Screw, said
“The only reason that Jews are in pornography is that we think that
Christ sucks. Catholicism sucks. We don’t believe in
authoritarianism.” Pornography thus becomes a way of defiling
Christian culture and, as it penetrates to the very heart of the
American mainstream (and is no doubt consumed by those very same
WASPs), its subversive character becomes more charged.… Extending the
subversive thesis, Jewish involvement in the X-rated industry can be
seen as a proverbial two fingers to the entire WASP establishment in
America.
New clashes reported on the South of Chechnya On the same day, near the settlement of Eshelhatoj the mobile group of Mujahideen has fired a group of Russian occupants. Fake prescription medicines are swamping developing nations with sometimes deadly consequences, a report by the UN drugs watchdog has said The International Narcotics Control Board report says up to 50% of the medicines in these markets are fake. It also says abuse of prescription drugs will soon overtake that of illegal narcotics worldwide. The board said governments had to enforce existing laws and bring in new ones on illegal internet drug sales. Courier services, the general mail and local markets were other major means of counterfeit sales, it said. The report said the fakes market was "increasing rapidly".
Israel "incarnation of Satan", says Ahmadinejad Zionists are the "true incarnation of Satan," Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in his latest verbal assault on Tehran's arch foe Israel, the state-run news agency reported Thursday. "Zionists are the true incarnation of Satan," Ahmadinejad told a meeting of Sudanese Islamic scholars late on Wednesday on the first day of his state visit to Sudan. "The Zionist regime was created by the British, brought up by the Americans and commits crimes in the region with their support," he charged. "The Zionist regime is the symbol of hedonism and the incarnation of the soul of the oppressive powers," added Ahmadinejad, whose comments were greeted by shouts of "God is Great!" by the scholars, agency said. "The people of the world have woken up and detest the oppressive powers," Ahmadinejad added. "Numerous Western powers that claim to defend democracy and human rights close their eyes to the Zionist crimes," he added.
British Government Says: Israel Must 'Come Clean about Its Nuclear Bombs' The British government is calling on the Zionist regime for the first time to officially admit to its illegal stockpile of nuclear weapons that is contrary to the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). During a parliamentary debate on the dispute over Iran's civilian nuclear programme on Tuesday evening, British Foreign Office member, Kim Howells said: "There is no question that Israel should come clean about its nuclear bombs and delivery systems." Howells warned that other MPs had also made "the important point that Israel will start to develop a second strike capacity." He added, "I know from my discussions in the Persian Gulf that the Egyptians, the Saudis and Turkey will want such a bomb because they feel threatened by that regime, which is why there is no more important issue on the international horizon." The issue was raised by backbench Labour MP Jeremy Corbyn, who asked the Foreign Office Minister to comment on "Israel's development of a nuclear arsenal and on the treatment of India and Pakistan." Corbyn said: "Both of which have developed nuclear weapons and are being rewarded with large amounts of western aid and technology, even though they would both have been in breach of the non-proliferation treaty had they been signatories to it." He also told MPs that Iran was a signatory to the NPT, "unlike Israel, which has 200 nuclear missile warheads and is not a signatory to any international treaty on the control of nuclear weapons."
The Locusts: Killing Civilization in Mesopotamia The locusts in uniform, who have destroyed Iraq, humanity, sustenance, its history, predating the time of Christ and the Prophet Mohammed, are never, it seems, satiated or satisfied. From the early defiling (ongoing) of Mosques, cemeteries (Muslim, Christian, Yazidi ...) even the sacred tributes to the memory of the martyrs are being destroyed and defiled.
Estimates based on Estimates: Corporate media accountability in covering the US crimes against humanity Let’s go forward a few months from the discovery of the almost half million bodies. On July 18, 2004, the headline of the day for the British paper The Independent read, "British Prime Minister Admits Graves Claim Untrue." How could that be? George Bush and Tony Blair don’t lie. If we can’t trust them, who can we trust? Certainly not Saddam, even though he told the truth about WMD. That must have been a fluke.
Oil Grab: The Secret Scheme to Split Iraq (What the White house terrorists report to the public through mainstream media as sectarian violence in Iraq, is just a covert of their butchering of Iraqi people, so it can achieve its objectives by dividing Iraq, this way they kill many birds in one shot, first making life easy for Israel, secondly take hold of the world second largest oil reserves and many other benefits it seeks from this occupation. In order for the Iraqi people and the world to go with this policy of dividing Iraq, justifications are needed, reason are created so that comes out as the only solution to solving Iraq problems. US troops will stay in Iraq until that policy is implemented until that time comes more blood of Iraqis will pour on every street corner of Iraq). While debate rages in the United States about the military in Iraq, an equally important decision is being made inside of Iraq--the future of Iraq's oil. A new Iraqi law proposes to open the country's currently nationalized oil system to foreign corporate control. But emblematic of the flawed promotion of "democracy" by the Bush administration, this new law is news to most Iraqi politicians. A leaked copy of the proposed hydrocarbon law appeared on the Internet last week at the same time that it was introduced to the Iraqi Council of Ministers. The law is expected to go to the Iraqi Council of Representatives within weeks. Yet the Internet version was the first look that most members of Iraq's parliament had of the new law.
737 U.S. Military Bases = Global Empire Once upon a time, you could trace the spread of imperialism by counting up colonies. America's version of the colony is the military base; and by following the changing politics of global basing, one can learn much about our ever more all-encompassing imperial "footprint" and the militarism that grows with it.
A Democracy In Crisis- Who Is Really In Control?
As such dirty politics is being
actively pursued behind close doors — involving self-serving officials
and politicians, their media beneficiaries, larger corporations,
religious zealots and the rest — one has to wonder how relevant the
American people are to the democratic process in their own country,
and more to how they are governed and by whom? If I could only present
these questions to my dear professor of many years ago; if he is still
alive, I wonder what his answer would be. Would he contend that our
system of checks and balances and the foresightedness of the founding
fathers would eventually prevail over the corruption of the ruling
elites and big businesses? Or would he finally admit that a nation
that compromises on its freedom under false pretexts is a nation that
is destined to lose its own democracy, once the greatest on earth?
War fighters, Not Missionaries- The Origins of the Three-Block War The posture of the establishment's policymakers and planners betrays an aggressive, military-borne doctrine rooted in advancing Canadian "interests" on a global scale. The implementation of the "three-block war" doctrine is an illustrative example of Canada's intentions. Simply put, the three-block war is an urban warfare doctrine that identifies three separate but often simultaneous spheres of enforcing military control in a city–warfighting, policing and facilitating aid.
US
post-Iraq invasion policies 'incompetent': US diplomat
The US policy in Iraq following the
2003 invasion was "incompetent, foolish, dubious," the new US
coordinator for Iraq's economic development said Wednesday. Ambassador
Timothy Carney told a radio that the US policy to exclude Iraqis from
governing the country in the two years following the invasion was "an
enormous foolishness" which contributed to the deterioration of
security and lengthened the conflict in the country.
"We don't need to go
into detail on that, but I think words such as incompetent, foolish,
dubious in all of its aspects are the most charitable way to look at
that period," he said. Carney went to Iraq shortly after the March
2003 invasion to manage the country's industry and minerals ministry,
but quit after two months and became an outspoken critic of US
occupation policy.
"The major failing of policy and operations in 2003 was the failure to
invite Iraqis into our councils. We actually thought we could govern
this country," he said. "It was enormously costly in terms of time,
and consequently in terms of our and Iraqi blood and the blood of many
of our allies. What an enormous foolishness that was." Carney,
recently named by the White House to return to oversee rebuilding of
the country, said he was appalled by the deterioration in the security
situation since he was first there.
US Mujahideen suspect Padilla ruled fit to stand trial A US judge ruled Wednesday that US terror suspect Jose Padilla was fit to stand trial, rejecting defense arguments that he was too traumatized by his treatment at a military prison to be tried. "He is competent to stand trial," federal Judge Marcia Cooke said in her ruling, following a competency hearing in Miami. "Determining he is suffering from a mental defect does not render him incompetent," the judge said. The defense team had argued that Padilla's treatment during the three and a half years he spent in a naval prison had left him so traumatized he is unable to assist his lawyers. Padilla, a former Chicago gang member who converted to Islam, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he aided the Al-Qaeda Mujahideen network. Padilla's lawyers claim their client was tortured during his 2002-2005 imprisonment in the naval brig, and that his treatment traumatized him so much that he was could not assist in his own defense.
U.S. Blasted
for Treatment of Detainees The
U.N. human rights chief expressed concern Wednesday at recent U.S.
legislative and judicial actions that she said leave hundreds of
detainees without any way to challenge their indefinite imprisonment.
According to news sources, Louise Arbour referred to the Military
Commissions Act approved by Congress last year and last month's
federal appeals court ruling that Guantanamo Bay detainees cannot use
the U.S. court system to challenge their detention. The case is likely
to go to the Supreme Court. Arbour was critical of the ruling, calling
on the judicial system to "rise to its long-standing reputation as a
so-called guardian of fundamental human rights and civil liberties and
provide the protection to all that are under the authority, control,
and therefore in my view jurisdiction of the United States." Twice
before, the Supreme Court issued ruling giving Guantanamo detainees
full access to courts. But last June, the justices suggested George W.
Bush could ask Congress for more so-called anti-terrorism authority,
prompting passage of the commissions act that in part stripped federal
court review.
Indian
Minister Calls Iran-Pakistan-India Gas Pipeline a "viable" Alternative
Calling the proposed
India-Pakistan-Iran (IPI) gas pipeline a "viable" alternative to meet
the country's energy needs, India's Union Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar
Thursday said many countries were "against" it due to certain "vested
interests." Aiyar said: "Many countries are not in favor of this
pipeline because of their vested interests. But this would soon be a
reality". Aiyar said all oil producing countries in Asia should unite
and form an international organization to fight some countries, which
dictate the price of petroleum products. He stressed: With petroleum
resources fast depleting, the future would be hydrogen and not
petroleum.
Italian PM survives Senate vote Italian Prime Minister Romano Prodi has won a confidence vote in the Senate, allowing him to continue in office. The narrow victory, by 162-157, came a week after Mr Prodi lost a Senate vote on his foreign policy, prompting the centre-left government to stand down. President Giorgio Napolitano had asked him to stay on and put his cabinet to a confidence vote in parliament. On Friday the PM will face another vote in lower house, where he has a large majority and is expected to win. "I am very satisfied, now we'll go to the lower house," Mr Prodi told reporters after Wednesday's vote. He resigned last week after nine months in office, when two Communist members of his coalition voted against him in the Senate, tipping the vote against him. They objected to troop deployments in Afghanistan and plans to expand the Vicenza US airbase in northern Italy.

The Real George W
What’s that you say, my fellow conservative,
Bible-believing Christians?…‘Don’t gloat?…Where’s my loyalty?’
Well, pardon me for being so ‘rough’ and indelicate with my language,
fellow lovers-of-Christian righteousness, but SCREW YOU. You and your
organizations that support GWB and the Jewish terrorists who give him
his marching orders are as much ‘conservative’, ‘bible-believing’ and
‘Christian’ as Anna Nicole Smith was the Virgin Mary. The fact that
you find yourself in the ‘embarrassing position’ of having to defend
your boy George W’s fantacizing out loud in the presence of Ariel
‘Jabba the Hut’ Sharon about what was going to be his future
engagement with Osama Bin Laden’s derriere is your own damned fault.
You should have known better. Everything about this man screams
‘anti-Christ’ and yet you–despite your impressive business of puffing
yourselves up and patting yourselves on the back for not being so
easily duped–fell for his act.
If The Cluster Bombs Don't Nail Them This latter fact alone is a big problem for AIPAC. With an annual budget of $55 million dollars, a paid membership of more than 125,000 and a full time paid staff of 122, with 12 satellite offices around the US, AIPAC is not happy these days. It is not enough for AIPAC that the recent Congressional elections, which increased the number of Zionist Jews in Congress from 26 to 31, is the largest pro-Israel contingent elected to Congress in American history. No, AIPAC is not satisfied. Nor is AIPAC comforted by the fact that 7 of the 11 key subcommittees in Congress, on just the House side, dealing with the Middle East, Intelligence and Appropriations are now securely under Israel's control. AIPAC wants more. Having failed in its recent 'hot' war in Lebanon, Israel has unleashed its agents in Congress to destroy Hezbollah with 'cold' war tactics including attacking its social institutions.
African Democracies for Sale Some of the most important threats to democracy in Africa are the International Republican Institute (IRI), USAID and other international NGO’s that are directly funded by the United States Congress. These are US foreign policy institutions that masquerade as philanthropic organizations of good-will all the while furthering American foreign policy. They are currently operating in over 40 African countries including Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
Racism: The Growth Engine of the American Prison By 2011, the U.S. prison and jail population will have added nearly 200,000 inmates - a 13 percent overall increase and a 16 percent jump for women, according to a 50-state study by the Pew Charitable Trusts. About half these new inmates will be Blacks, whose mass confinement is the imperative that fuels the relentless growth of the largest and most pervasive Gulag in the history of mankind. The U.S. prison system is a horrific national monument to racism, that dwarfs and mocks the Statue of Liberty, revealing the United States as by far the planet's foremost Land of the Un-Free, Home of the Locked-Down - a rebuke to the authenticity of the Emancipation Proclamation. Yet even the enormity of the gross incarceration numbers fails to express the grotesque intimacy with the Gulag that has been imposed on African American society. As Paul Street reports in this issue of BAR, "one in three black males 33% will be sent to state or federal prison at some point in their lives compared to one in six Latino males 17% and one in seventeen 6% white males."
The Ford Foundation and the CIA- A documented case of philanthropic collaboration with the Secret Police The Ford Foundation's history of collaboration and interlock with the CIA in pursuit of U.S. world hegemony is now a well-documented fact...The Ford Foundation has in some ways refined their style of collaboration with Washington's attempt to produce world cultural domination, but retained the substance of that policy...The ties between the top officials of the Ford Foundation and the U.S. government are explicit and continuing.
Canada scraps controversial
anti-terrorism measures The Canadian parliament has
scrapped controversial anti-terrorism measures adopted after the
September 11, 2001, attacks in the United States, saying they breach
civil rights. Lawmakers voted 159 to 124 on a bill that opposed
prolonging the measures, which are due to expire Thursday, over the
objections of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's minority Conservative
government. Harper's government had argued that the measures, which
allow authorities to make preventative arrests and compel testimony
from witnesses about terror plots, would help prevent attacks. "The
powers that are there are necessary for national security," Harper
said in the House of Commons ahead of the vote. But all three
opposition parties argued that the controversial tools had never been
used by police and were a blatant violation of civil rights, and
should expire as prescribed by the bill.
Former US
Secretary of State terrorist
Baker: We Are Not Policeman for World
Former US
Secretary of State terrorist James Baker said Tuesday America should
be prepared to change course in its foreign policy." He said: A
consistent foreign policy promotes stability, "But when events change,
we must be prepared to change with them.” Baker spoke in a lecture
series at the library of Congress just a few hours after the badly
beleaguered Bush regime, in a reversal, said it would join an
Iraq-sponsored "neighbours meeting" with Iran and Syria. Baker went
further in his speech and at a news conference and urged the Bush
regime to expand Middle East peacemaking efforts beyond the illegal
Zionist entity and the oppressed Palestinians to include Syria. Baker
was co-chair of the so-called Iraq study group, which recommended
America dialogue with Iran and Syria.

US Democrats Say Voters Are Angry
According to results of
focus group studies sponsored by Democrats, swing voters want Congress
to stand up to President George W. Bush more aggressively regarding
Iraq. US News reported: Polls also find that 60 percent of Americans
disagree with the president's blundering policy in Iraq. A Democrat
insider who has access to the research says: "People are angry. These
findings, which are more anti-Bush and anti-Iraq war than some public
surveys, help explain why Democrat leaders in the House and Senate
seem so eager for a showdown with Bush over his ill-advised plan of
sending an additional 21,500 occupation troops to Iraq, and his
overall war policy.
